“By prioritising good management, clear communication, and strategic adjustments to workflows and policies, firms can create an environment for workers where FWA can work and contribute to organisational success,” - NTUC Secretary-General Ng Chee Meng. Many of you must be thinking - "what are these flexible work arrangements", and "how does it affect me"? 🤔💭 Well, look no further! The Tripartite Workgroup has established the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA). These mandatory guidelines have been approved by the Government and will take effect from 1 December 2024.
