الأول مش حفظ بس نعرف أيش اللي بيحصل فيه ddecrease وأيشهم ال increased وررركزت ع البوتاسيوم وقالت سؤال اختبار ، وكمان ركزن ع البوتاسيوم والكرياتنين واليوريا نيتروجين .. أما الأرقام قالت نحفظ اول واحد المؤشر عليه أما الجدول الثاني قالت نحفظه محاضرة الرينال

Lip disorders A>>>tubercle C>>> melomental line or minerota line Paramedian lip pit is more common in male Appearance depression It is either isolated or associated with syndromes as Van Dar woudes syndrome (characterized by cleft lip and/or palate and Paramedian lip pit and sometimes syndyctyl and tongue tie) Commissural lip pit is more common in the right side Acanthosis nigricans is either benign or malignant  يكون في أيضا هيبر بجمنتيشن في مناطق الflexion وهي نتيجة لmetabolic disorder مثل الهايبر تنشن او دايبيتس.... الfissured lip بعض العلماء يعتقد انه السبب ه weak fusion واللي يعزز هذي النظرية هو وجوده أحيانا في الابر ليب في منطقة الفيوجن بين الفلترم والماجزلري بروسس العلاج احيانا قبل السرجري ممكن نبدأ بالsteroids Volkmans cheilitis is the deep suupurative glandular cheilitis Granulomatosis is permanent في البداية يمكن تكون تخف وترجع Amyloidosis is characterized by accumulation of amyloid protein in the vital organs. If there is angular cheilitis associated with depapilated tongue in old age, the cause is anemia. The drug for angular cheilitis micunazole gel and if there is no response, give steroid or combine them from the start. Tacrolimus is carcinogenic Plasma cell stomatitis  usually occurs in Qat chewers (allergic) Plasma cell cheilitis is soft unlike the granulomatosis which is rubbery Vitamin A which is used as anti acne can cause Steven Johnson syndrome Granular cell tumor occurs at birth and is characterized by cells with granules within them.
