The story of Business Schools alumni presidents continue! Now - Insead MBA ex-president - Almir Salimov. I met Almir ~10 years ago at one of the Insead global meetups in Moscow. Immediately you could tell he is a fun person to be around. From his crazy “on the list” to female healths apps he’s been all over the place, and most recently in web3. The story he told me about his current project is somewhat heartbreaking and the one I could closely relate to. At the beginning of Covid he found himself at a low point in his life, trying to analyze how did he get to that point and what to do next. On one of his morning runs he envisioned a new product for traders that got immediate attention. The rest is history. Almir is one of the unique founders with such a charisma that all the VCs immediately love him. Good luck to your Wowmax project! If anything could be learned from the current events is that tech groups such as PayPal mafia are strong to the point of changing the course of the human history.
