We will not be commenting further on The Telegraph's Hancock whats app messages issue, as we believe it's clear cover for our midazolam questions that are finally to be put to Parliament, even though we originally sent them to Javid in 2021. Lack of testing did not kill those in care. NG163 protocols, unlawful DNR's, do not admit to hospital orders, lack of antibiotic treatment, lack of GP visits, & being locked away from family did increase deaths. How would a useless PCR test have helped in light of the above? Don't be fooled. The issues being covered in The Telegraph constitute many things, but what they do not constitute is the truth about what led to excess care home deaths in April 2020, and the sheer gravity of those issues.

The result of this is that many people have likely been affected by the protocols of NG163, when this could have been avoided, if they had been discussed sooner by major platforms or prominent people in positions of relative power. I want people to critically think about this aspect, because in my view, we should not forget that those speaking about this information now, could likely have done something sooner. Yes, I am grateful the issue is now being dealt with, hopefully by parliamentary questions. I will always be willing to share information and help as regards this issue if I can, as it is bigger than any one person, and all I want is for the protocol to be stopped where it is not needed. For it not to be used on people that do not require it. That's all I have ever wanted. But let's not forget how we got to the position we are now in, how long it took, what group of people have been the driving force behind that, and what they have had to give up or lose in the process, (some of them their jobs and their livelihoods), as a result of all of their work on this - all whilst the protocol continued to be used. There are many people that have given alot to the above issues over the last 3 years, whilst many others have remained silent because it was easier to do so. I hope that with the chance of parliamentary questions now, we will get the chance to shine a light on these protocols and finally find out if they did have the effect of hastening people's deaths. However, at the same time, I really do feel that we all have the right to ask, why did it take so long?

The protocols expressed in NG163 reflect the wider issues discussed in the review of the Liverpool Care Pathway by Baroness Neuberger. That is the issue here, and what I hope people will understand from the Parliamentary questions that look likely to now be raised. These wider issues, (and the protocols contained in NG163), were brought to my attention in April 2020 as a result of what I do for a living, following which I was contacted by whistle-blowers working in care homes who revealed the effect of the protocols in NG163, particularly on those in care. Compelled by what I was hearing, I made a video about the issues in May 2020, and it was circulated very, very widely. I kept on top of the issues and commented on DNR policies, changes to death registration policies, changes to coroner's rules, lack of antibiotic treatment, and do not admit to hospital policies inextricably linked to frailty scores. In 2020, I: - ▪️openly discussed and raised a red flag on social media about end of life drugs being used during lockdown ▪️took part in interviews to discuss the issues raised ▪️openly shared information about midazolam prescribing doubling in April 2020 before it hit mainstream news (it was only reported once in July 2020) ▪️interrogated the EPD on where the prescriptions went, down to the postcode, and released that information, asking questions as to whether there was an issue given the data ▪️shared NG163 and asked if this was having an impact on excess deaths, particularly in care homes ▪️raised a police report about a case involving the protocol ▪️spoke to the CQC about the issue in connection with a particular care home ▪️contacted various main stream newspapers about the issue - they were not interested in reporting on it further Given the above and lack of media attention, I then in 2021: - ▪️did more interviews presenting the above information, and further information that had come to light ▪️prepared a witness statement to be put forward to the police if necessary, with what the concerns were ▪️wrote to the then Health Secretary, Sajid Javid asking questions about NG163 More people had by then started talking about Midazolam, largely due to an article that The Expose kindly agreed to run after I had spoken to them and provided info. This did mean that people were becoming aware that there could be an issue with the protocol and informed themselves accordingly. This was a good thing. There was also an ICC complaint put in by other lawyers in 2021, which included the concerns about Midazolam. This was publicised and shared extensively. There was a documentary made. Others made videos about people that were being affected by the protocols. In 2022 I did 2 further interviews, which I said would be my last ones, because I could not get any other major "freedom" groups (for want of a better phrase), or MSM, or politicians, to pick this issue up. By good grace one of my interviews was with Maajid Nawaz who has since then repeatedly covered the Midazolam issue. NG163 has been publicly available since April 2020. So has all the information of 2020 and later, set out above. Information which I tried desperately to get others to pick up and share, but which many did not. Hence, for anyone to now claim the above is new information is, I'm afraid, deeply disingenuous, and in my opinion there have been repeated failures by many to address the possibility that NG163 had the effect that people died because of the protocols recommended in it. This is a systemic failure, as the issues were not noticed, or were ignored, by doctors, lawyers, politicians and "freedom groups" alike. This is not about me trying to take credit for anything related to the above. What it is about, is me pointing out that people should be aware that these issues were known about, and were ignored or not acted upon, by the vast majority of people, including those speaking out now.

Yesterday an article was put out in The Express that Sunak rejects digital IDs. We have to consider if, in truth, Digital IDs are coming via the back door, and in some cases already here, with the inception of the UK Govt "one log in service". From their own blog on this :- "We’ve got an initial version of our browser-based route - with a passport check and knowledge-based verification - in limited beta with our partners, the Disclosure and Barring Service. We’ve got an identity-checking app for people with driving licences in beta with HMRC for Government Gateway users, and credible plans for passports and Biometric Residence Permits to be added soon. We’re actively working on digital vouching, a face-to-face route, and new knowledge-based verification question sets that leverage government data – all of which will make identity checks more inclusive." This IS digital identity via the back door because what will happen is that you will not be able to work or rent or buy a property without being checked through this sort of service. So in my opinion Blair and his ID cards is just gaslighting away from the infrastructure that is already there. Sunak then says he doesn't agree with Blair and everyone breathes a sigh of relief thinking its over, when the one log service is actually a flagship programme. Big Brother Watch do great work. This consultation closes SOON… so please do this TODAY: STEP 1: OPEN UP A BLANK EMAIL, USING CORRECT SUBJECT LINE Yes, there is a form online you can complete but today, we recommend you EMAIL your response. It appears to be a gross intrusion into the privacy of the individual, and a monumental security and safety risk that would endanger members of the public right down to children as young as 13. It sounds as though all Government departments, Local Authorities and even schools would be sharing highly personal information on citizens - including data as sensitive as income, photos and email addresses. All this would then be accessible to almost anyone working for the state AND "any organisation" working WITH Government. Can this possibly be true? Data sharing of personal, sensitive data will open us up to abuse and discrimination. Do you think it appropriate to run a public 'consultation' on this radical change in the relationship between how citizens provide data to the state, that almost no-one knows about and lasting 8 weeks? Do you really intend for this to be imposed - with little if any Parliamentary scrutiny - by December? Government has an appalling record of large scale IT projects and data security. Ministers also repeatedly denied "Covid passes" would be introduced, before they were, so distrust has been earned. In Scotland, the Information Commissioner's Office even found the scheme introduced there broke the law. This proposal puts the public at risk and leads to greater surveillance, unnecessary monitoring and huge potential to be used in an authoritarian way by the state. This appears to be legislation that comes with enormous risks to the safety not only of adult citizens but of children as young as 13. It should be scrapped.
