The most common  problem  students  face is How to be in present moment ? If we think about  past Then It will channelise your energy  in nowhere , because it can't  be changed And If we think about future Then it's all about  uncertainties So you won't  be  beneficial in both the case Now next question  arises how to live in the present moment There is a 54321 rule:- It's tried and tested -Think about  the 5 things you can see -Think about  the 4 things you can touch -Think about 3 things you can smell -Think about the 2 things you can hear -Think about the 1 thing you can taste And that's how you came to know ki previously u r thinking  about past or future And counting this u have to be in present  The thing presently u want to do And most effective  is breathing  meditation 🧘‍♀️ These r the few techniques to be in present Many more will be shared Stay happy 😊 All the best 👍 @CACell

चुनावी की तारीख आ गई है , अब नए नए CA में यूट्यूब वाले जन्म लेंगे , स्टूडेंट को मेंटल रूप से डिस्टर्ब करके व्यू और फॉलोअर्स गेन करेंगे, ऐसे कई लोग आज फैकल्टी बनके बैठे हैं। एक बार तो स्टूडेंट्स को article 39(4) के नाम पर धरना दिलवा दिया था 😂 शांत , सावधान, सतर्क रहें , नहीं तो अटेंप तो लगेगा ही मानसिक तनाव की स्थिति पैदा होगी। ऑल द बेस्ट।।। रिगार्ड्स - @CACell
