Gap filled.
As obvious as it might sound - CME gaps are probably the highest hit rate pattern out there. It has like 90% probability of being filled (almost always). Whenever you see one - your bias should be based around it. In this case you shouldn’t had panicked during this Monday nuke.
| 2 | Been trading on Hyperliquid for the past month and honestly been amazed how smooth & efficient UI/UX is.
▪️No KYC. Quick and simple onboarding. Generate your wallet and fund it with USDC (Arbitrum).
▪️Fast listings (they listed TRUMP way ahead of any CEX).
My magic link gives you fee discount + your stops become invisible to market makers:

Closed most of my short here. Might wick under $3.49 to shave some liquidity but my planned trade is complete here.

Markets are front-running yet another Saylor announcement (they have been routinely bearish usually).
I think we bottom early in the week and fill the gap up ($104.7-105k)

| 5 | 🔹Kaito - the laziest airdrop ever
If you have a twitter account with followers - this is your chance to participate with no extra effort whatsoever. It costs you nothing, you literally just link your twitter account to Kaito and continue tweeting as usual. You will earn “yap points” based on engagement on your tweets. Most likely your yaps will be converted into airdrop tokens in future, so don’t skip on that - start today.
▪️How to earn yaps?
You have to tweet something crypto related (your food pictures or memes won’t count). Content has to be creative and useful or educational for the community. The more smart followers you have and the more they interact with your content - the better for you.
▪️How to earn yaps if I don’t have many followers?
Best strategy for you is to be a reply guy. Try commenting something meaningful under popular tweets (crypto related only) to spark a conversation/discussion. Your goal is to attract engagement (likes, comments, retweets), especially from high follower accounts with a lot of smart followers. You can interact with me (like my tweets, leave comments etc) - I try to answer all my comments and I have a lot of smart followers so you might get noticed in the system.
Don’t skip this one. It really costs nothing to start. You just do whatever you have been doing before that and try to earn “yaps”. That’s it. Big brain friends told me this might be the next Hyperliquid type of airdrop (or at least Arkham). We talking tens of thousands of $ (maybe higher).
👉Use my link and I will interact with you back:

Fixed some profit now on my bottom buys.
Bought at $176 -> sold at $215. Captured 23% move.
Thanks Trump for the pump. | 4 927 |
| 7 | Here is the seasonality I was talking about.
Looks like ETH failing second January in a row but look at February to May. Historically it is the best period for ETH bulls.

Some people been asking about ETH. There is nothing really to update at this point to be honest.
I’m still in my long positions (spot+perps). These 2 last buys sitting slightly in profit (average entry was $3.3k).
I probably should have taken profits on my last $ETH long when I closed most of my positions in the beginning of January (for example DOGE +36% here or SOL +20% here etc) but something got in my way and I didn’t. Anyway, my targets for ETH are higher and I still expect it to trade to new ATH this cycle. Trump is still buying ETH (his last buys yesterday here) and maybe I’m mid-curving it but if the president of the richest country in the world buying ETH won’t absolutely send it I don’t know what will at this point. Also, seasonality is giga bullish for ETH (Q1 was always bullish). | 4 865 |

Taken some partial profit on this perp long at $99660. Nice 10% move captured.
Not turning bearish, just securing some profit. Spot is untouched. | 4 171 |
| 10 | We probably won't see much action in the markets till next Monday (20th Jan).
Most of us were anticipating a strong rally leading into Trump presidency. And since majority can never win we topped a month+ prior and down significantly (altcoins).
Anyway, most damage is done and you just have to hope orange man pumps our bags. | 4 369 |

With XRP almost certainly going to attempt to breakout - be wary of a potential breakout fail leading to swing failure (deviation) pattern. Notes on the chart.

Probably the only bullish option I see now.
Clear out liquidity -> trap shorts -> get back inside the range

| 16 | In the last 1-2 years I started to trade less frequently & more patiently.
In the past, I would flip-flop a lot, overmanaging my positions.
What helped me a lot is having several positions of the same coin. Different setups for different goals. Running core positions + mid/short term trades.
It helps me to control fomo + I can fix partial profits while not touching core position (if I’m still bullish on it but think correction is coming).
In order to do that I open positions on different exchanges, different pairs (USDT, USDC), combining spot and perps (can also hedge). Different positions have different TPs and risks/size I allocate. | 5 685 |

Closed the remaining of this perp long position from November.
Longed ~$70k average -> Closed $97.9k last
Around +40% profit
Trade duration: 63 days.
Still have my $BTC spot. Looking to long on perps again in low 90s if market gives. I’ve closed this trade because idea worked out + tired of paying funding. | 5 006 |

Closed the remaining of this position last night.
Longed $0.156 -> Closed $0.392
150% profit

| 19 | $SUI
Imagine SUI doing something like this?
If I had some SUI - I would be taking some profits now. Good chance it gives a lower entry. If wrong - look for price to close above recent high again to flip back bullish.

Post trade analysis and self reflection.
I’ve entered the trade on Dec 20, the day of the big nuke. Bounce was instant and solid, around +36% from where I entered. I decided to hold it and it basically did nothing and now more than 2 weeks later we just back to that level again.
“Held for too long.”
This is a problem I’m sometimes facing since I trade way chill and less emotional these days. I don’t get much FOMO, make almost no irrational or reckless trading decisions (compared to my first cycles), it’s been years since I had a liquidation or a big loss. That is a good thing to be patient and chill during bull markets, quite often you get rewarded for that. But not always! Like, take this last November-December - we had a short lived alt season and you had to be pretty quick to take profits. I kinda did but left a lot on the table still (in terms of profit). Since then alts given back most of their gains retracing pretty deep. I could have re-enter instead of holding for too long. Gotta be flexible and nimble.
