🟢متن پادکست بالا👆🏻👆🏻 🟡 Stress Stress. Nasty thing. I hate being stressed but I’m not sure why. The stress disappears and then verything is back to normal. I need to tell myself that the stressful situation will be over soon. I wonder if people are more stressed today than they were 100 years ago. I think they probably are. There are more things to get stressed about these days – exams, money, jobs, trains, anything and everything. I get stressed when I have to meet a deadline and the time is running out. Fortunately, there are many things to do to get rid of stress. I reduce my stress by chatting with friends or going for a run. Life seems better then. Hmmm… I wonder what will give me stress next. I’ll get my running shoes ready so I can manage it. 🟡استرس. چیز کثیف. از استرسی بودن متنفرم ولی مطمئن نیستم چرا. استرس از بین میره و بعدش همه چی به حالت نرمال برمی‌گرده. باید به خودم بگم که موقعیت پراسترس زودی تموم میشه. کنجکاوم که آیا مردم الان نسبت به صد سال قبل استرسی تر هستند یا نه. به گمونم احتمالاً اینطوری هستند. این روزا چیزای زیادی هست که بابتش استرسی بشیم- امتحانات، پول، مشاغل، قطارها، هر چیز و هر کس. وقتی مجبورم کاری رو سر موقع انجام بدم و زمان داره تموم میشه استرسی می شم. خوشبختانه، چیزهای زیادی برای انجام هست تا از شر استرس راحت شد. من استرسم رو از طریق صحبت با دوستان و دویدن کم می‌کنم. اونوقت زندگی بهتر به نظر میرسه. همممم... کنجکاوم چیزی که بعدش بهم استرس خواهد داد چیه. کفش‌های مخصوص دویدنم رو آماده می‌کنم تا بتونم استرس رو مدیریت کنم. 🆔@lingonex

💢معادل انگلیسی "بیخیال ، قضیه اش مفصله " 👈🏻تو فارسی وقتی حوصله ی تعریف کردن قضیه یا اتفاقی که افتاده رو نداشته باشیم میگیم: “بیخیال، قضیه اش مفصله” زیاد گفته شده که چنین مواقعی در انگلیسی از عبارت it’s a long story استفاده کنید، اما اگه در فیلم ها دقت کرده باشید این عبارت خیلی کم شنیده میشه و به جاش عبارت it’s complicated رو زیاد بکار میبرن. از نظر لغوی یعنی قضیه اش/داستانش پیچیده اس اما درواقع با همون عبارت فارسی “قضیه اش مفصله” مترادفه. از عبارت it’s complicated وقتی استفاده میشه که کسی درباره ی جریانی سوالی می پرسه و شما حوصله ی توضیح دادنش رو ندارین یا خیلی مفصله و حوصله بره. 🔸It’s pretty complicated and I don’t want to bore you 🔸قضیه اش مفصله، نمی خوام سرت رو درد بیارم 🆔@lingonex
