I saw that the liar hates the truthful…
I saw that the coward hates the brave…
I saw that the corrupt one hates the good & upright one…
I saw that the treacherous one hates the honest & trustworthy one…
I saw that the weak one in his religion and methodology hates the one clinging to his religion, Aqīdah, & Sunnah…
And this hatred (eventually) changes over into envy… and envy changes over into planning & plotting and harming (the one he hates)…

| 6 | Hide Your Own Faults and Sins By Ibn Abdul Barr
Ibn Abdul Barr رحمه الله تعالى stated,
"An Individual exposing what he may engage in from contemptible impermissible actions is a type of stupidity which no one does except someone who is demented.
Likewise, it is not characteristic of those who have intellects to expose what they have done in transgressing the boundaries (i.e.impermissible deeds).
Rather, what is characteristic of them is to hide their shameful actions and repent from their sins.
Just as they adhere to hiding the faults/sins of others, it is imperative that they hide their own."
