The older you get , the more you need to LEARN to get done ā¬ļøā¬ļøā¬ļø
This is my spontaneous speaking practice today.
I have been sitting with this idea for some time now, and Iām finally ready to share it.
Iāll self-correct later and show you the result

Don't Control Yourself When You Speak .More about that in the video
Sometimes all you can do is one set at a time. And thatās okay.
As long you do your sets.
As long as you continue the practice.
You change. Times change. Everything changes. Donāt expect your practice to not change. Adapt, Optimize, Innovate: I talk about these three concepts in my free self-study resources.

When you donāt know WHAT to do next to speak better, and HOW to do it, you speak the way you canā¦again.
This is how years go by without progress, even though you are doing a lot, watching a lot of content, and trying hard to remember better words.
In the community of practice, I give you the WHAT, the HOW, and the WHY.
Log in and do your exercise. Come back tomorrow for another one.

I always ask new members to DM me and tell their story.
Some people send beautiful messages and stay.
Some send a message and never get back to hear my answer.
Some donāt dare to shareā¦
I want to connect with people who really, really need a better quality of life where better English is a MUST.
These people know that āwaitingā is not the right strategy.
They want to act. They just donāt know where exactly to begin and what exactly to invest their time in so they get results.
Before the āwhatā and the āhowā, you need a purpose, which fuels your desire to change things.
ā„ļø Here is my purpose.
Iām raising a bilingual child.
Before, my purpose was excellence.
I have always been curious and passionate about going ābeyondā whatās available.
Then, my purpose naturally shifted to building meaningful relationships with native speakers. I wanted to express the real and authentic ME in English. Not a simplified version of me that was trying to speak correctly.
These relationships and how I show up for them have changed everything in my life.
It simply makes no sense to go back. I want to be more of who I am in any language.
Before, I used to be a fraction of myself, both in English and my first language.
Yes, thatās incredible, but my practice has changed how I speak and show up in my first language too.
Whatās your purpose? Letās talk and connect in the comments
Practice is what you choose to doāeven on a bad day. Even on your worst day.
Practice is your never-ending presence with yourself, even when you're hurt, misunderstood, depleted, or confused.
During my pregnancy, I practiced what I teach and preach.
I improved my skills because I went deeper into my practiceāand was blessed with clients who wanted to do the same.
I ran my group coaching program.
I continued guiding my private clients towards their ambitious goals.
I wrote in English daily.
I self-corrected my writing. I worked on my accentāno breaks.
I continued making nourishing food for myself, even though I couldāve said, āIām tired. Letās order something.ā
I kept showing up for my body, and worked out in the ways that were available to me.
This is what practice is.
Itās not about sticking to the rigid curriculum, completing 75 lessons in 2 months, and waiting to be rated.
Itās about staying present with what is moment to moment.
āI canāt run because Iām pregnant. Okay. But what CAN I do to continue my daily workouts and support my body?ā
āI canāt write for an hour in English every day. But what CAN I do to improve the clarity of my expression? P.S. We have hundreds of exercises in the community to meet this need.ā
āI canāt self-correct my entire speech because this would take forever and demotivate me completely. But what if I can work with only 30 seconds and achieve incredible results?
Really? Only 30 seconds? Yes.
30 seconds of true focus can move you further than an hour of scattered thoughts.
Organizing your practice means owning it.
You decide when, what, and how much.
I can help you choose the what, show you the how, and explain the whyāif you need me to.
I teach a very specific method to practice your English so you develop spontaneous speaking mastery.
You no longer need to search for the āwhatā among random YouTube lessons. I create the exercises that actually work.
You log in. You do the work. Your skills transform.
When you stop trying to escape the present moment and instead drop fully into your practice, it becomes a predictable routine that brings powerful results, often far beyond your expectations.

1. The/A/- scientific study of these group dynamics, which work beneath our conscious radar, is transforming our understanding of human nature ā>Which article is correct and why?
2. It also forces us to confront some awkward questions about the human condition ā> Is āhuman condition' always used with THE?
3. Acknowledging such complexities can be difficult. ā> Is it even possible to use such+THe article?
4. Recall the outcry in July 2013 when Rolling Stone depicted on its cover a photograph of Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev looking doe-eyed and tousle-haired and a little too boyish and innocent for many tastes. ā> Why no article is used in this case? We thought that the suspect is specific - Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
P.S. The answers are in the comment section under the recent Sunday Practice Session in the community
Practice plan for the week.
Yesterday, during the Sunday Practice Session, the community members had the following questions. See if you have the answers to those:

Aspects of CLARITY.
1. I canāt access the right vocabulary to express what I mean in English
2. I struggle to get to the point in English
3. I donāt sound like MYSELF in English. I struggle to be me and I want to be seen as the real me, not a version of me that is trying to speak in English.
All the exercises are available in the community. I give feedback to everyone who does the exercises. Join today.
How to join:
Send me a DM (a voice message in English) and tell your story. Why do you need native-like fluency.
I like to connect with my members and give them the practice routines that will work for their goals.
Send it to @nataliatokar
Everyone is welcome to join the Sunday Practice Session today and practice CLARITY.
We begin in 40 min, at 10am CET (11am MSK).

01.04.2025 Summary of the day. During todayās therapy session my unconscious mind brought up four past situations I thought I had forgotten. It turned out that they werenāt gone, just buried. The emotions and sensations felt as vivid those times. My body relived them fully. Itās incredible how my mind tried to shield me from the pain⦠until I am ready to face it. My healing begins hereāone step at a time. These four snapshots of my past were accepted, now I am moving forward. This summary of the day is good and sincere. You can see the depth of a person who thinks this way. However, it lacks the MAIN IDEA. The student wants to learn to communicate the most important information faster and with fewer words. After:
Today I realized that when I struggle to remember a traumatic event from the past, the reason is not that āI have bad memoryā. Itās a protection mechanism of my unconscious to shield me from the pain.ā¬ļø Now that we have the main idea, we can move on to tell the story of what happened during that therapy session. Can you see what I mean by āMain Ideaā and why itās important to be able to articulate it BEFORE you overwhelm your audience with details?
Hey everyone,
I love and treasure every one of you. I havenāt canceled even one session since 2022, and I donāt want to cancel it tomorrow even though I canāt lead it.
Iām in hospital, and everything is good. Donāt worry about me.
Tomorrow, everyone can join and practice clarity.
Many of you, who follow individual routines, have been doing the practice of summarizing every meeting, day, and weekend for over a week now.
How about we do more of this tomorrow together?
How to find and craft one main idea?
How to tell the main idea from one of the facts?
How to tell facts from details?
Many people struggle to communicate with impact because they believe they must share a lot of critical details first⦠and then deliver the main message. Unfortunately, they only drown people in details.
We do the practice of being CLEAR in order to change this pattern.
So, here is what I suggest:
1. Tomorrow you practice without me. If you attend Sunday sessions regularly, do come tomorrow too! You already know what to do!
2. I need one person to lead and record the zoom session. Who can be in charge? DM me.
3. I will join if I can, but only on audio.
4. EVERYONE can join, even if youāre not a member.
Please text me asap if you can help with leading the session.
if no one volunteers, we will have to cancel it.
Iāll be with you to share examples of clear/unclear messages and facts vs details.
Tomorrow, Sunday, April 6 at 10 am CET.
Your inner state is everything. You canāt be an effective learner if you canāt self-regulate.
And you canāt be an effective human if you canāt learn new skills, I.e. become a better human and continuously unfold your potential.
