Submitting Requests for School Bus Service: We kindly ask that all requests for school bus services be submitted through the Classera account of the guardian. Requests made through WhatsApp or verbally will not be considered. Please note that the required support will be provided within one business day (24 hours). 2. Communication with the Bus Driver: Please note that contacting the bus driver via personal phone for matters related to the bus service is strictly prohibited. The official school website is the primary and official means of communication for all matters related to student follow-up and school services. Any communication through unofficial channels will not be acknowledged, and the school is not responsible for it. We kindly ask that you contact the bus supervisor via the official website for matters related to bus operations. 3. Procedures for Not Using the Bus: If you wish to pick up your child from school and prevent them from using the bus on a specific day, please send a message to the bus supervisor via the school website by 10:00 AM on that day. Please note that requests made after 10:00 AM will not be considered to ensure the safe dismissal of all learners. 4. Student Allocation on School Buses: Please be informed that the allocation of students on school buses is solely at the discretion of the school administration. We kindly request your cooperation and respect for the decisions made by the school administration in this regard. 5. School Bus Fees: Please make every effort to pay the bus fees promptly and submit the home address map so the school administration can activate the school transport service. This must be done two weeks before the start of the academic year. In case of delay in payment or submission of the address map, the service will be activated one week after completing the requirements. 6. Procedures for Picking Up and Dropping Off Students: The guardian must be present to receive the student personally at the front of the house.
