In order to ensure that learners make the most of their school day and to maintain the quality of education provided, we would like to inform you that the attendance and dismissal procedures will be applied as follows: *Regarding Morning Tardiness*: • Learners must arrive daily at *6:30 AM* to ensure a productive start to the school day and to participate in the morning assembly and sports activities that promote engagement. ▪️• If a learner arrives late, the guardian is required to drop their child off at the main school gate and sign the tardiness record. ▪️• If tardiness occurs twice, on the third occurrence, the guardian will sign a notice indicating that their child will be prevented from attending the first class. ▪️• If guardians wish to visit the school, drop off, or pick up their child in the morning or afternoon, they are requested to park their cars away from the school gates and walk with their child to maintain order and calm on the school premises. *Regarding Late Dismissal* 🔹• The dismissal card matching the one the learner carries must be presented. 🔹• If the card is not available, the guardian must go to *Gate 1* to collect their child and sign. 🔹• If a learner is picked up late, the guardian must enter the school and sign the late record.
