#SpiritualTreasures: Thus, a muttaqi remains forever at war with Satan but when he becomes a salih, all battles come to an end. (Malfuzat - Volume I, p. 20)

#DailyHadith: Ubu Juhaifah narrated from his father who said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) made a bond of brotherhood between Salman (ra) and Abu Ad-Darda (ra) .Salman went to visit Abu Ad-Darda, and saw Umm Ad-Darda wearing shabby clothes, So he said: 'Why are you wearing such shabby clothes?' She said: 'Your brother Abu Ad-Darda has no interest in the world.' So when Abu Ad-Darda arrived, he prepared some food for him (Salman) and said: 'Eat, for I am fasting.' He said: 'I shall not eat until you eat.'" He said: "So he ate. When night came Abu Ad-Darda started to leave and stand (in prayer), but Salman said to him: 'Sleep.' So he slept. Then he went to stand (in prayer) but he said to him: 'Sleep'. So he slept. When the morning (Fajr) came,Salman said: 'Get up now.'So he got up to perform Salat. Then he (Salman) said: 'Indeed your self has a right upon you, your Lord has a right upon you, your guest has a right upon you, and your family has a right upon you. So give each the right they are due. The Prophet (ﷺ), and that was mentioned to him, so he said: 'Salman has told the truth.'" (--)

#SpiritualTreasures: The tenth objective of the Holy Quran is to explain the dispositions and practices of those who incurred God’s wrath or of those who went astray and fell into all sorts of innovations, so that seekers after truth may shun their ways. So this purpose is included in ghairil maghdubi ‘alaihim waladdallin - Those who have not incurred displeasure, and those who have not gone astray [1:7]. (BarĀhĪn-e-aHmadiyya Part Four, p. 253)

#DailyHadith: Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The truest word spoken by an Arab (pre-Islamic) in poetry is this verse of Labid: "Behold! apart from Allah everything is vain." (Muslim)

#SpiritualTreasures: The wicked spirit of sin seeks to destroy a man and a person cannot escape the fatal poison of sin till he believes with full certainty in the Perfect and Living God and till he knows for certain that God exists, Who punishes the offender and bestows upon the righteous everlasting joy. (Essence of Islam Vol 1, p. 3)

#DailyHadith: Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: In Paradise, there is a tree under the shadow of which a rider can travel for a hundred years. (Muslim)

#SpiritualTreasures: An individual who exhibits a change in their morals, so that their neighbour may see how they were before and what they have become, manifests a miracle, as it were. This has a deep and lasting impression upon one’s neighbour. (Malfuzat - Volume I, p. 143)

#DailyHadith: Narrated Anas: The Prophet (ﷺ) delayed the `Isha' prayer till midnight and then he offered the prayer and said, "The people prayed and slept but you have been in prayer as long as you have been waiting for it (the prayer)." Anas added: As if I am looking now at the glitter of the ring of the Prophet (ﷺ) on that night. (Bukhari)

#SpiritualTreasures: Let it be borne in mind that the phrase Maliki Yawm-id-Deen [Master of the Day of Judgement] in Surah Fatihah does not simply mean that reward and punishment would be awarded only on the Day of Judgement. The Holy Quran has repeatedly and explicitly stated that the Day of Judgement will be the time of the Grand Recompense. However, one type of punishment and reward begins in this very world, which is indicated in the verse: "He will grant you a distinction" [Quran, 8:30]. (Noah's Ark, p. 68)

#DailyHadith: Mujahid reported that a sheep was slaughtered for 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (ra). He asked his slave, 'Have you given any to our Jewish neighbor? Have you given any to our Jewish neighbor? I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, 'Jibril kept on recommending that I treat my neighbors well until I thought that he would order me to treat them as my heirs.'" (Al-Adab)

#SpiritualTreasures: Reconcile with God. Adopt true self-restraint. The heaven inspires awe by sending down calamities and the earth warns us with the emergence of epidemics. Blessed is one who understands. (Malfuzat – Volume II, p. 15)

#DailyHadith: Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (ra) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "You do not spend anything by which you desire the face of Allah Almighty but that you art rewarded for it, even what you place in your wife's mouth." (Al-Adab)

#SpiritualTreasures: The Gospels that have now become available - thanks to the printing press - were not known to anyone in Arabia, and the people of that land were simply unlettered. If there happened to be an odd Christian among them, he was not likely to know much about his own religion. It is therefore despicable to think that the Holy Prophet plagiarized from these books. The Holy Prophet was unlettered and could not even read Arabic, let alone Greek or Hebrew. It is now upon our opponents to produce any manuscript of that time from which these accounts are supposed to have been taken. If the Holy Quran contained material copied from other sources, the Christians of Arabia, who were bitter enemies of Islam, would at once have cried out that it has been taken from their own accounts. (Fountain of Christianity, p. 12)

#DailyHadith: Jurairi reported: I said to Abu Tufail: Did you see Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)? He said: Yes, he had a white handsome face. Muslim b. Hajjaj said: Abu Tufail who died in 100 Hijra was the last of the Companions of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). (Muslim)

#SpiritualTreasures: No one who observes a sheep eating filth is driven by greed to consume it as well. Similarly, a person who is forgiven by Allah will never commit sin. Muslims instinctively abhor the flesh of swine though they may be indulged in thousands of other unlawful and forbidden things. The wisdom in placing this form of disgust in Muslims is to illustrate that mankind should develop a similar revulsion towards sin. (Malfuzat – Volume I, p. 4)

#DailyHadith: Narrated Az-Zubair bin Al 'Awwam: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No doubt, one had better take a rope (and cut) and tie a bundle of wood and sell it whereby Allah will keep his face away (from Hell-fire) rather than ask others who may give him or not." (Bukhari)

#SpiritualTreasures: In short, the slaughtering of sacrificial animals, which is an institution in Islam, is for the sole purpose of reminding to offer sacrifice for the purpose of making the soul submissive and it serves as an incentive for us to achieve this lofty goal. If done as a sacrifice of one's lower self, it is also a precursor or beginning of the state which is ultimately attained after the completion of the mystic path. It heralds that state. (Khutba Ilhamiyya, The Revealed Sermon, p. --)

#DailyHadith: Narrated Anas bin Malik: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "whoever desires an expansion in his sustenance and age, should keep good relations with his Kith and kin." (Bukhari)

#SpiritualTreasures: When a person’s soul is humbled to the state of complete self-effacement, it begins to flow towards God in the form of a running spring and it becomes completely detached from all other relations beside Allah. At that time, the love of God Almighty descends upon such a person. At the time of this union, a unique condition is born through two surges of fervour: the fervour of providence surges forth from above and the fervour of man’s servitude surges forth from below. This phenomenon is known as salat or Prayer. (Malfuzat – Volume I, p. 162)

#DailyHadith: Narrated Hisham's father: Ibn `Umar said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'Do not pray at the time of sunrise and at the time of sunset.' " Ibn `Umar said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'If the edge of the sun appears (above the horizon) delay the prayer till it becomes high, and if the edge of the sun disappears, delay the prayer till it sets (disappears completely).'" (Bukhari)
