🚨 US AND UK LAUNCH CRACKDOWN ON $10B CRYPTO SCAM INDUSTRY
The U.S. and UK have launched a first-of-its-kind alliance to target global scam centers behind crypto investment fraud and other cyber-enabled scams.
The DOJ says these networks, many linked to Chinese organised crime groups operating compounds across Southeast Asia, are costing Americans around $10 billion per year. The two countries will now share intelligence, coordinate prosecutions and carry out joint disruption operations.

😎 The lawsuit was filed by a Ledger user who claims he lost nearly $2M after criminals allegedly used leaked personal data to target him. The case accuses Ledger of failing to adequately protect customer information and of not taking sufficient steps after the 2020 and 2023 breaches. 🚨 270 Anonymous Numbers Stolen at Gunpoint
A little less than a day ago, someone sold 270 numbers on Marketapp below the floor price for $2,000 each, for a total of $540,000.
Later, a Chinese investor claimed that armed men broke into his friend’s house, beat him up, and forced him to sell all of his numbers and transfer the money from the sales to them, which is why the owner ended up selling those numbers way below floor price.
