1. Finish what you started. I know we all know this quote, but let's walk the walk and finish that project, course, YouTube video, plan, or even the thought in our minds; let's turn it into something.

Not every day in life weighs the same. Today makes me realize and learn a lot of things. Let me share them one by one.

🔥 Claude can now find the fatal vulnerability of your startup. Most founders only notice it in the 8th month and some never do. Here are 8 prompts for Claude that help uncover the real problem before you start building the wrong thing. Prompt 1 - Demand Audit:

I'm creating [a product] for [a type of customer]. You're a skeptical YC partner who has seen 10,000 pitches. Ask me 7 questions that will reveal whether there's real demand or if I'm solving a problem that I personally have, but for which no one else is actually willing to pay.

Prompt 2 - Blind Spot Test in Competitor Analysis:

Here's my competitor analysis: [insert here]. You're a strategic analyst who has studied all the major startup failures in my category. Find 5 things that I'm missing in understanding why customers might stay with existing solutions rather than switch to mine. Be specific in questions about switching costs, habits, and emotional attachment to current tools.

Prompt 3 - "Why Now?":

My startup is [describe it]. This market has existed for [X years]. Give me the 5 strongest arguments for why now is the wrong time to launch and why the window of opportunity might already be closing. Then give me one strongest argument for why right now is the only window that will ever exist.

Prompt 4 — Business Model X-Ray:

My revenue model: [describe]. Average order value: [X]. Expected CAC: [X]. Show all the ways this model breaks at 100 customers, then at 1,000, then at 10,000. Identify the point where unit economics fail first, and describe the warning signals that will appear 3 months before that happens.

Prompt 5 — Customer Interview Stress Test:

Here are my customer interview notes: [insert]. You are a behavioral economist specializing in the gap between what people say and what they actually do. Identify which statements are real buying signals, which are just politeness disguised as interest, and which point to a problem I’m misunderstanding. Rank them by signal strength.

Prompt 6 — Hiring Trap Detector:

I’m planning to hire [role] because I believe it will solve [problem]. List all the assumptions I’m making about how this hire will fix things. Say which are most likely wrong, which problems will get worse after hiring, and what I need to prove before making this hire first rather than third.

Prompt 7 — Churn Pre-mortem:

My product delivers [value description] My onboarding like this: [describe]. Name 7 most likely reasons why the first 20 customers will stop using the product within 90 days, even if they liked the demo. For each reason, identify the earliest signal I could notice and what needs to change to prevent it.

Prompt 8 — Co-founder Conflict Map:

My co-founder and I divide responsibilities like this: [describe]. We’ve already agreed on the following: [list]. You are a startup therapist who has seen 50 co-founder breakups. Identify 5 decision points in the next 18 months where our structure will lead to serious conflict if we don’t align now. Describe exactly what each conflict will look like when it happens.

I’m adult enough to admit this… when I focus, I disappear. I won’t hear you, I won’t respond not because I don’t care, but because my brain just locks in. And honestly, I’m really bad at phone calls. Sometimes I see the call and just stare at it. Sometimes I want to respond but something in me just pauses. And later I feel bad… like I’m failing at something so simple. It even affects my social life. People might think I’m ignoring them or being distant, but the truth is I just don’t function well in constant, instant communication. I need a second. I need space to think. I need to come back as myself. I’m still figuring it out how to be present without feeling overwhelmed, how to respond without forcing it, how to not lose people while protecting my own space. I don’t have a perfect answer yet. Just learning to say, “I’m not ignoring you… I just need a moment.” And maybe… that’s okay.
