allowing more time for naps and drinking at lunch

when you start snitching, people start sending you respectful emails instead of barging into your office

conflict avoidance and managing disagreements individually doesn't pay with or without dividends. it's management's issue

9 to 5s are jew daycare for everyone, not just the women with fake jobs. you can just get people in trouble and decrease their izzat

just snitch on them to your supervisor for mean mugging you. that's what they're doing to you when you don't drop everything to fix their printer.

as an autistic person it really drives me up the wall that there are clearly established societal norms which if I break I get mean mugged and yelled at but for some reason everyone else is allowed to break them with no negative repercussions. for instance: sometimes at the office i will step into someone's cubicle to have a coversation with them and not realize that they are in an online meeting on their computer. "no, im in a meeting! im busy! get out!" yet all day, constantly, i'll be in meetings. i'll full screen the meeting window. i'll be ACTIVELY TALKING TO PEOPLE IN THE MEETING. its extremely obvious that im in a meeting. people will still walk up and get my attention. "hey my computer wont print". sure okay ill come over in a minute and handle it, let me just finish this meeting that you just interrupted. "but my computer... it cant print. okay sure, sorry everyone i guess i have to go now. bob's computer cant print and that is more important than staging the new service upgrade that affects the entire company.

Today I'm going to abuse both flex time and work from home in a nasty little combo I like to call "just stopping by to pick up my computer, I think I have a gut thing"

You’ll actually get a promotion and more workload and responsibility if you shit your pants at work cause they’ll think you’re super dedicated
