I hv shared sth like this b4, right? but yeah… I can’t help it, my ears just choose to hear this kinda thing šŸ˜…....

So the event was for 7:30… but me, as always, left home at 8 and arrived after like 20–30 minutes šŸ˜‚. And the program actually started at 9, so yeah I wasn’t even considered late. Honestly, I really hate being on time, wallahi. The event was for launching an initiative and also celebrating Women’s Day. Seeing high-positioned women is honestly so inspiring… like it literally takes you into a whole delusional imagination world. All of a sudden, you feel the whole energy. There were amazing guests, and the panel discussion was really cool. One thing that really stayed with me was: ā€œThe best time to test things is when you’re young, so don’t be scared; be open-minded,ā€ said Miraf, CEO of ALX Ethiopia. And @edemy_et also reminded us to focus on our skills, not our grades… lol, even if she didn’t say it, my grades are decreasing exponentially anyway 😭 She also said, ā€œI even have a master’s degree, but nobody asks me about that. Everybody just wants to know what you can do and what you’ve done, not anything else.ā€ There were refreshments, some networking, and of course the ALX alumni talking about their programs again (they never miss šŸ˜„). The event ended later than expected like they said 11, but we left around 12:30. It was raining, and as usual, transport was an issue. Ala kuli hal, I’m really glad I went. @techy_muslimah

So I'll be there insha'allah...... @techy_muslimah

I mean what the heck is this😬 I was about to apply for a remote job and started going through the requirements. Then I saw one that said my internet speed had to be above 40 Mbps. I swear like no words........ I just sat there like… wow. LOL, my network has never been above 25 Mbps. 😪 So I closed everything and didn’t even apply. @techy_muslimah

Alex Hormozi says:
Do so much work, It'd be unreasonable for you to be unsuccessful.
ā€œDo so much workā€ = take massive action Not just thinking, planning, or sth like dat.... ā€œUnreasonable to be unsuccessfulā€ = success becomes almost guaranteed INSHA'ALLAH BTW am writing this for ma self.... @techy_muslimah
