Stipendium Hungaricum is a great opportunity to receive a full scholarship to study in Hungary. It’s open for students from around 100 countries (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, India are eligible). The deadline is January 15th. However, KZ citizens have an additional step to make- to fill a EGov form.
