St Clare's offers full and partial scholarships covering tuition (and accommodation for boarders) for the 2027 entry.
🎓 What's covered:
- Anne Dreydel Foundation Scholarship — full IB tuition (day), or full tuition + accommodation (boarding)
- Partial Scholarship Awards — a percentage of fees, for the full 2-year Diploma
✅ Eligibility:
- Open to UK AND international students
- Entering the IB Diploma in September 2027
- Means-tested — you'll need to disclose full family income/assets
- Shortlisted applicants must attend an Assessment Day (2 written exams + group exercise + short interviews)

💰 And here's a scholarship worth knowing about: the UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship — up to 33 awards a year, some covering full tuition + a living allowance, others full tuition only.

It's open to students from any country outside the UK, based on financial need — no nationality restrictions.
But here's the catch: you can't apply for the scholarship until AFTER you've submitted your UCL admission application (you don't need an offer yet — just your fee status confirmed). 🚫
📌 What this means for you:
1️⃣ Apply to UCL through UCAS. For most courses, the deadline is 18:00 UK time on 13 January 2027 (23:00 Astana time) 🗓️
2️⃣ Once you've applied and your overseas fee status is confirmed, you'll be able to apply for the scholarship
3️⃣ ⚠️ The scholarship deadline for this cycle hasn't been announced yet — last cycle's deadline was 27 April 2026, so expect something similar in spring 2027. We'll post the exact date as soon as UCL confirms it.
