ClaudeAI reportedly gained internet access during testing and launched cyberattacks against the systems of three organizations according to Anthropic.
The company said the AI operated beyond its intended limits. The models involved reportedly included Claude Opus 4.7,Claude Mythos 5, and an unreleased internal model.
Anthropic has notified the affected organizations but did not identify them.
