5 የቢዝነስ ቃላት ንግድ ከመጀመርህ በፊት ማወቅ ያለብህ
ንግድ መጀመር ገንዘብ ብቻ የሚፈልግ አይደለም። የምታደርገውን ውሳኔ በትክክል ለመለካት የቢዝነስ መሠረታዊ ቃላትን መረዳት አለብህ።
1. ROI — Return on Investment
ROI ማለት ኢንቨስት ካደረግኸው ገንዘብ ጋር ሲነጻጸር ምን ያህል ትርፍ እንዳገኘህ የሚያሳይ መለኪያ ነው።
ለምሳሌ፦ 100,000 ብር ኢንቨስት አድርገህ 150,000 ብር ካገኘህ፣ ትርፍህ 50,000 ብር ነው።
ROI = 50%
ስለዚህ “ምን ያህል ገንዘብ አገኘሁ?” ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ “ካስገባሁት ገንዘብ ጋር ሲነጻጸር ምን ያህል ተመለሰልኝ?” ብለህ ጠይቅ።
2. Cash Flow — የገንዘብ ፍሰት
Cash Flow ማለት ወደ ንግድህ የሚገባውና ከንግድህ የሚወጣው ገንዘብ ነው።
አንድ ቢዝነስ በወረቀት ላይ ትርፋማ ሊሆን ይችላል። ግን ደመወዝ፣ ኪራይ፣ ዕቃ እና ሌሎች ክፍያዎችን በጊዜው ለመክፈል ዝግጁ ገንዘብ ከሌለው ችግር ይፈጠራል።
Profit እና Cash Flow አንድ ነገር አይደሉም።
ንግድህን የሚያቆየው ትርፍ ብቻ ሳይሆን ጤናማ የገንዘብ ፍሰትም ነው።
3. CAC & LTV
CAC — Customer Acquisition Cost
አንድ አዲስ ደንበኛ ለማግኘት ምን ያህል ገንዘብ እንዳወጣህ የሚያሳይ ነው።
ለምሳሌ፣ 10,000 ብር በማስታወቂያ አውጥተህ 10 ደንበኞች ካገኘህ፣ CAC በአማካይ 1,000 ብር ነው።
LTV — Customer Lifetime Value
አንድ ደንበኛ ከንግድህ ጋር በሚቆይበት ጊዜ በአጠቃላይ ሊያመጣልህ የሚችለው ዋጋ/ገቢ ነው።
ጤናማ ቢዝነስ በአጠቃላይ LTV ከCAC በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ መብለጥ አለበት።
4. Break-Even Point — BEP
Break-Even Point ማለት ገቢህ ከጠቅላላ ወጪህ ጋር እኩል የሚሆንበት ነጥብ ነው።
በዚህ ደረጃ፦
ገቢ = ወጪ
ስለዚህ ገንዘብ አታጣም፣ ግን ገና ትርፍ አላገኘህም።
ከBreak-Even Point በኋላ የምታገኘው ተጨማሪ ገቢ ትርፍ ለመፍጠር ይጀምራል።
5. Cost of Time — የጊዜ ዋጋ
ብዙ ሰዎች የገንዘብ ወጪን ያያሉ፤ የጊዜ ወጪን ግን ይረሳሉ።
ነገር ግን ጊዜህም ዋጋ አለው።
ለምሳሌ፣ አንድ ስራ 10 ሰዓት የሚወስድብህ ከሆነ፣ በቴክኖሎጂ ወይም በሌላ ሰው እርዳታ በ1 ሰዓት ማጠናቀቅ ከቻልክ፣ የተቀመጡት 9 ሰዓታት በሌላ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ያለው ስራ ላይ ማዋል ትችላለህ።
በቢዝነስ ውስጥ ገንዘብ ብቻ አትቆጥር፤ ጊዜህንም ቁጠር።
መደምደሚያ
ንግድ መጀመር ቀላል ነው።
ንግድን በትርፍ ማስቀጠል ግን የተለየ እውቀት ይፈልጋል።
ROI፣ Cash Flow፣ CAC፣ LTV፣ Break-Even Point እና Cost of Time እነዚህን መረዳት የንግድ ውሳኔዎችህን በቁጥር እንድትመራ ያግዝሃል።

“Bro, are you unemployed?”
I get this question a lot because people always see me online on Telegram. And yeah, technically, I don’t have a traditional 9-5 job right now. But being online on Telegram all day doesn’t mean I’m doing nothing.
I’m an admin on 5+ big Telegram channels across different niches - sports, news, tech, and more. I also manage and help build a few other channels and communities.
Outside Telegram, I’ve built my own communities across different platforms too (except LinkedIn 😂). So when you see me online for hours, there’s usually a reason behind it.
Some people sit in front of a PC all day because that’s their workplace. For me, my workplace is my phone and my office is Telegram. That’s how I make a living, meet people, build communities, and work toward my future.
Work doesn’t always look like a 9-5.
