#ከአስር_አመታት_ተሞክሮየ #ክፍል_ሰባት ቀጣይነት ያለው እድገትና ትርጉም ያለው ለውጥ ለማምጣት ከሚያስፈልጉ መሠረታዊ ምሰሶዎች መካከል ዋነኛው ራስን መግዛት ነው። አብዛኛውን ጊዜ ሰዎች ስራን ለመጀመር ወይም ውጤት ለማምጣት በጊዜያዊ የስሜት መነሳሳት (motivation) ላይ ይደገፋሉ። ይሁን እንጂ መነሳሳት እንደ አየር ጠባይ የሚለዋወጥ እና ምቾት ሲጠፋ አብሮ የሚከስም ስሜት ነው። ዘላቂ ስኬትን የሚያረጋግጠው ድካም፣ መሰልቸት ወይም የስሜት መውረድ በሚኖርበት ወቅትም ጭምር መከናወን ያለበትን ተግባር ያለማቋረጥና በቁርጠኝነት የማከናወን ዲሲፕሊን ነው። ይህንን እውነት በተግባራዊ ህይወቴ በግልጽ አይቼዋለሁ፤ ስሜቴን ሳልጠብቅ ማንበብ ባለብኝ ሰዓት ማንበቤ እና አስፈላጊ በሚሆንበት ወቅት ሌሊትም ቢሆን ተግቼ መስራት መቻሌ ትልቅ ለውጥ አስገኝቶልኛል። ድካም በሚበረታበትና ሌሎች ነገሮች ትኩረት በሚስቡበት ወቅት ለዓላማ ቅድሚያ ሰጥቶ ማንበብ እና አድካሚ የሆኑ የሌሊት ስራዎችን በትዕግስት ማጠናቀቅ ውስጣዊ ጥንካሬን ይፈጥራል። ራስን የመግዛት ትክክለኛው ዋጋ የሚታየው ምቾትና ፍላጎት በሌለበት ሰዓት ኃላፊነትን በብቃት መወጣት ሲቻል ነው። ድካምንና መሰልቸትን ተሻግሮ መስራት አእምሮ ያንን ሂደት እንደ ተፈጥሯዊ የዕለት ተዕለት ባህሪ እንዲቀበለው በማድረግ ጠንካራ ልምድን ይገነባል። በየቀኑ የሚደረጉ ጥቃቅን የሚመስሉ ጥረቶችና በመስዋዕትነት የሚከናወኑ ስራዎች በጊዜ ሂደት ተከማችተው ወደ ከፍተኛ ውጤት ይቀየራሉ። ከዚህም በተጨማሪ ጊዜያዊ ምቾት ማጣትን ተቋቁሞ ወደፊት መራመድ፣ ወደፊት የሚገጥሙ ማናቸውንም ከበድ ያሉ ፈተናዎች በልበ ሙሉነት የመጋፈጥ የስነ-ልቦና ጥንካሬንና ጽናትን ያዳብራል። ራስን የመግዛት አቅምን ዘላቂ ማድረግ የሚቻለው የተግባራትን የረጅም ጊዜ ፋይዳ በግልጽ በመረዳት እና ትኩረትን የሚከፋፍሉ ነገሮችን በማስወገድ ነው። ራስን መግዛት ማለት በስሜት ከመመራት ይልቅ ሁልጊዜም ለግብ ቅድሚያ መስጠት መቻል ቢሆንም፣ ይህንን ጽናት ከጤናማ የእረፍትና የስራ ሚዛን ጋር ማጣመር ጉዞው ሳይቋረጥ ለረጅም ጊዜ እንዲቀጥል ወሳኝ ነው። @birhan_nega

People who are waiting for their Grade 12 results please don’t be too sad if the result doesn’t come out the way you hoped. There are so many opportunities in life beyond university. University is not heaven. Of course passing and getting into university is a great thing but if you don’t make it your life doesn’t end there. It’s normal. I also took the exam a year ago and failed. Of course, I would have been happy if I had passed, gone to university and continued my studies but it didn’t happen. After that I entered a different field started learning new things and I’m still building my own path. So whatever the result is don’t blame yourself. One exam or one result does not determine your potential or your future.
