Akka Pundit Sapheacha AUN PORNMONIROTH, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance, as the highest-level representative of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Dr. Kong Mary, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Secretary General of DEBC, and Chair of the Inter-Ministerial Working Group on E-Services for Business (ESB), led the working group in a meeting with three ministries and institutions : the Ministry of Commerce (MOC), the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT), and the General Department of Taxation (GDT). The meeting was attended by high-level officials and senior technical representatives ministries and institutions total approximately 40 participants via the Zoom. The meeting was held with the aim of promoting data exchange among the three ministries and institutions through the Cambodia Data Exchange (CamDX) platform, in order to reduce repeated requests for information and minimize the need for applicants to submit supporting documents by enabling the relevant ministries and institutions to automatically retrieve and verify data through digital systems.

[English below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី ១៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មាធិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងធុរកិច្ចឌីជីថល (គ.ស.ធ.ឌ.), ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត គង់ ម៉ារី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ, អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ស.ធ.ឌ. និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួងរៀបចំសេវាអេឡិចត្រូនិកសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ច (ESB) បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួងរៀបចំ ESB ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ មកពី ៥ ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន រួមទាំងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរដ្ឋ និងចំណូលមិនមែនសារពើពន្ធ (អ.ទ.ច.)។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិភាក្សាលើការពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពកែសម្រួលកម្រៃសេវា រយៈពេលនៃការអនុម័ត និងសុពលភាពលិខិតអនុញ្ញាត ឬអាជ្ញាបណ្ណជំនាញនៃក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នដែលមានសេវាគោលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម (MSMEs) សំដៅរៀបចំភ្ជាប់សេវាទាំងនោះទៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីនៃថ្នាលផ្លាស់ប្តូរទិន្នន័យកម្ពុជា (CamDX) ឱ្យសម្រេចបានត្រឹមដំណាច់ខែ កញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦។ កិច្ចការសម្រួលនីតិវិធីនេះ ស្របតាមការស្ម័គ្រចិត្តរបស់ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន ដោយឈរលើគោលការណ៍បង្កើនផលិតភាព ពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធិភាព និងល្បឿនការងារ ខណៈធានាបាននូវការចេញអាជ្ញាបណ្ណប្រកបដោយភាពម៉ត់ចត់។ Phnom Penh: On the Afternoon of August 19, 2026, at the General Secretariat of the Digital Economy and Business Committee (DEBC), H.E. Dr. Kong Marry, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the DEBC, and Chair of the Inter-Ministerial Working Group on E-Services for Business (ESB), chaired a working group meeting attended by high-level officials and senior technical from 5 ministries and institutions including The General Department of State Property and Non-Tax Revenue (GDSNR). The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the feasibility of optimizing service fees, approval timelines, and validity periods for sector-specific permits and licenses, focusing on streamlining fundamental public services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and integrating them into the Cambodia Data Exchange (CamDX) platform prior to the end of September 2026. This streamlining of business services was pursued on a voluntary basis by ministries and institutions, guided by principles of increased productivity, improved efficiency, and faster service delivery, while ensuring rigorous licensing procedures.
