Learn basic like syntax, how things work, how to write prompt, and security.

you made it difficult, but most of them have potential. TBH, most of my friends from Dessie can code; they have the ability to understand things quickly. When it comes to SIT, all of them have it. I won't specifically call names, though.

I wonder who this is, but I would say SIT is good. Like, somehow good, but for someone who wants to work alongside school, it is hard. Keeping up with class while submitting client projects and also doing personal projects is difficult. TBH, it's tough.

Sorry for the late response. So, I started coding when I was in 9th grade. I was just wondering what it would be like to be a hacker, as everyone dreams, but while searching for a proper roadmap towards hacking, I found out about web development. I wondered how it works, and that's it. Yet new yetemarkew? I learned everything by myself. I searched for some roadmaps on YouTube, and that's it. So I took courses on SoloLearn, Udemy, Udacity, and freeCodeCamp. Everything on my own.

Hey guys 👋 I’ve been pretty locked in since I left SIT, working on a client project. Honestly, I barely even got time to touch my personal projects. But this project taught me a few things I had never really worked with before. Most of the projects I’ve built in the past were either fully online or required users to download the content they needed. This one was different — I had to implement proper auto-sync between offline and online, which pushed me into learning things I had never done before. I ended up learning about libraries like MMKV, offline storage, syncing strategies, handling data changes between local and remote states, and a lot of small things that you only really understand when you actually build them. And I think that’s one of the best things about working on real projects. Sometimes you don’t learn because you planned to. You learn because the project forces you to figure it out. 😂 One thing I’m slowly realizing is that every project doesn’t have to make you better at everything - it just needs to teach you something you didn’t know before. Also, sometimes being “locked in” means sacrificing your personal projects for a while. It’s not always a bad thing. You might come back with better skills, better ideas, and a different perspective. Anyway, I’m hoping to get back to my own projects soon. 😭 But before that… Should I do an SMA? 👀
