"For the second consecutive year, the Israeli occupying authorities have persisted in executing systematic policies within Israeli prisons that, by their very nature and consequences, equate to genocide, mirroring the genocide enacted in the Gaza Strip. Since 7 October 2023, prisons have been converted into open arenas for torture and the gradual execution of prisoners, where severe and systematic violations have been perpetrated. Collectively, these violations form a comprehensive system of oppression aimed at the very existence of the prisoners and eroding their most fundamental rights.
During this period, there has been a notable escalation in patterns of violence, with both physical and psychological torture being inflicted daily and systematically, in addition to intentional medical neglect employed as a means of slow extermination. The offenses were not confined to these acts but also encompassed sexual assaults, systematic degradation, and the intentional deprivation of food, water, and essential life necessities. This situation transforms daily existence within prisons into an unending cycle of torture and attrition, culminating in a slow death, within a context that approaches systematic extermination.
This paper seeks to highlight and document the conditions endured by Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons throughout 2025. It examines the reality of everyday life in Israeli prisons, focusing on the inhumane conditions and systematic forms of physical and psychological torture to which prisoners are subjected.

Many of the matters that our community finds itself preoccupied with would be resolved much more quickly and much more fairly if we implemented this, and the focus would return to the Palestinians if we put justice before our ego and before our desires
We don't need to worry about infiltrators, nor do we need to worry about state actors, when members of our own community are doing their job for them, writing this community, which should be built on love, hope, justice, and understanding, with gossip, slander, and divisive behavior.
This opens the door for others to attend to climb up the social ranks of this community at the expense of others.
You might think this is irrelevant.
What does this have to do with Palestine?
Our collective failure to uphold justice in relatively small matters is what prevents us from upholding justice in support of the oppressed.
Many people are being targeted, each in their own way. Yet a recurring theme is that they share my skin color, religion, or both.
Have we stopped to consider our own actions?
Have we upheld justice?
Everyone reading this should stop and pause for a moment. Ask yourself why you are in the movement for Palestine?
In Islam, intentions are everything.
A good deed with a selfish intention is worthless, and even harmful. That's why we consistently need to purify our intentions. Bad intentions destroy the movement. They render our struggle worthless.
Many brothers and sisters in the community don't care about popularity or social status, or being part of this group or that organization. They prioritize resistance over the comfort of themselves or others.
We should learn from these people.
I would like to point you to another passage from the Qur'an, revealed during a serious trial for the community in Medina.
Aisha, the Prophet's wife, was slandered and falsely accused by those who sought power for themselves, the hypocrites.
Aisha was then isolated. The believers held thoughts in their hearts that were detestable in the sight of God. No one believed her.
And then Allah declared her innocent.
Allah actually says this was good for the believers, not bad. Now it became clear who believed and who had hatred and hypocrisy in their hearts.
The passage I wish to point you to is Surah An-Nur, verses 12-18.
At the end of this passage, Allah forbids us from ever behaving in this manner again.
Now you might ask again: how is this relevant?
I want to highlight with this passage that even those who do good, in this case, the believers, can fail to uphold justice, and this is harmful to our entire community.
Our mission must be unity, truth, and justice if we hope to achieve our goals.
I have hope for our community.
I have hope for the future.
And I have hope for the resistance.

Assalamu alaikum,
It's hard to explain the reasons why this statement is being written.
Over the past few weeks, the Zionist entity has bombed families in tents on the beach and targeted children flying kites and balloons, among other barbarities. This has occupied much of my conversations with my fellow prisoners.
One would assume, therefore, that the movement on the outside would be equally, if not more, occupied in discussing, organizing, and mobilizing around events such as these.
It's hard to properly express my frustration at how the movement has instead been responding and behaving.
Since October of last year, there has been a so-called ceasefire between the Zionist entity and the Palestinian resistance. This means nothing. It has proven to be inconsequential.
In the UK, we seem to have cultivated a community that no longer focuses on the occupied and the oppressed, but on interpersonal conflicts, prioritizing our own comfort and amplifying our own voices over those of the oppressed.
We even place such a heavy focus on UK political prisoners when thousands upon thousands of Palestinians face torture, sexual violence, and unimaginable conditions in Zionist prisons.
We seem to have rejoiced and relaxed in the face of this so-called ceasefire. I find myself baffled at what the movement in this country has occupied itself with.
Even some of those who focus mainly on us political prisoners seem to use us for their own gain. Others claim to support us while simultaneously violating our privacy and autonomy.
We don't come to prison to allow others to sit back, relax, and act like there's nothing left to do. Nor do we come to prison to become the focus of the movement's attention over the Palestinians.
People see certain direct actions and think our job is done, when in fact, it has only just begun.
I write this not in anger, but in disappointment. I write this not to alienate people, but to hopefully make people reflect and correct the course the movement has been traveling in.
I would like to draw your attention to two verses from the Qur'an, which contain a lesson for all of us, Muslim and non-Muslim alike: Surah An-Nisa, verse 135:
"O you who believe! Stand firm for justice, as witnesses for Allah, even if it is against yourselves, your parents, or close relatives. Whether they are rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So do not let your desires cause you to deviate from justice. If you distort the testimony or refuse to give it, then surely Allah is All-Aware of what you do."
And Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 8:
"O you who believe! Stand firm for Allah and bear true testimony. Do not let hatred of a people lead you to injustice. Be just! That is nearer to righteousness. And be mindful of Allah. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what you do."
In both verses, Allah uses the Arabic word قَوَّامِينَ (qawwāmīn) when ordering us to stand up for justice.
This is not a singular verb, nor is it passive. It is plural and intensive. It is not to stand once, or sometimes, or only when the justice in question aligns with our own desires or personal biases. It is to stand constantly (even when it is difficult) and not just for the big things, such as the genocide, but in all matters. That is why Allah says: even against our own selves
In Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 8, Allah repeats His command for justice: "Do not let the hatred of a people lead you to injustice."
"Be just."

| 9 |  +9The Free Lebanese Prisoners Campaign denounces in the strongest possible terms the ruthless campaign of state repression and Islamophobic persecution against Mohamad Hamad, a 24-year-old Lebanese-American activist and former student at Penn State University. We stand in unlimited support of Mohamad and demand his immediate release and the dropping of all charges against him.
For over a year now Mohamad has been detained in a federal prison, without a conviction, without a trial date, on the basis of baseless charges of conspiracy and damaging zionist property, and he is threatened with up to 35 years in prison if convicted in the ongoing federal prosecution. He is the victim of one of the most disturbing cases of repression against the Palestine movement in the United States since 2023.
In November 2024, Mohamad and a Jewish anti-zionist activist were arrested for allegedly spray-painting anti-genocide graffiti. Police carried out another violent raid on his parents' home in April 2025 and then added a new charge that could put him behind bars for decades.
Mohamad was confronted with drones and helicopters equipped with thermal imaging cameras that followed him, illegal raids and searches on his house, undercover agents who shadowed his every step and more.
He writes: “That show of force was a message to every Arab and Muslim living in America: you will never be safe here, and if you ever decide to speak out about your oppression and go against the grain, you will be dealt with and made an example to all.”
The case of Mohamad Hamad is part of a broader imperialist strategy to crush resistance, from U.S. sanctions against Palestinian and Palestine solidarity organizations and individuals to the zionist prisons where Lebanese and Palestinian political prisoners are currently being held without a fair trial, subjected to torture and collective punishment.
We must respond to repression with loud voices of escalating resistance. We demand the immediate and unconditional release of Mohamad Hamad and all political prisoners for Palestine in U.S., zionist, imperialist and reactionary prisons. | 106 |

The Committee of Families of Political Prisoners is calling for the immediate and unconditional release of political prisoner Wael Ighbaria from the city of Jenin, who has been detained for more than a year and a half, due to the serious and ongoing deterioration of his health condition in political detention.
The detainee, Ighbaria, suffers from critical health conditions and multiple serious illnesses. He is a heart patient and has previously undergone coronary artery bypass surgery, and he also suffers from high blood pressure. In addition, he has been diagnosed with a mass in his bladder that requires continuous and urgent medical follow-up and care, making his continued detention a direct threat to his life.
The committee emphasizes that his continued detention is a clear act of defiance, despite the issuance of two explicit court decisions ordering his release. The first was issued by the Jenin Magistrate's Court, and the second was a decision for his immediate release issued by the Administrative Court in Ramallah.
The committee holds the authority fully responsible for the life and health of the political prisoner Wael Ighbaria, and demands the immediate implementation of the court's release orders, allowing him to receive the necessary treatment and return to his five children.

The "Revolving Door" Crime : Palestinian Authority Intelligence in Nablus Arrests Released Prisoner Abdel Rahman Ashtiyeh
The Committee of Families of Political Prisoners in the West Bank condemns the continued actions of the Palestinian Authority's security apparatus in pursuing a policy of political arrests and targeting the freedoms of our people and those who have been released from imprisonment. Yesterday morning, the Palestinian Authority's intelligence agency in Nablus arrested released prisoner Abdel Rahman Ashtiyeh from the town of Salem, east of Nablus, after summoning him for an interview.
This arrest comes just 3 months after Abdel Rahman was released from Israeli prisons, where he spent approximately 10 years of his life, including 32 months in administrative detention, during which he was subjected to severe beatings and mistreatment, in addition to a history of previous political arrests by the Palestinian Authority's security agencies.
These reprehensible practices are a twin and ugly face of the blatant "revolving door" policy, in which the Palestinian Authority's security apparatus and injustices complement the brutality and crimes of the occupation in targeting and breaking the will of the free.
The blatant coordination between the Palestinian Authority's pursuit and the occupation's arrests, particularly the case of the young man Zaid Asaad Fakhouri from the town of Anabta in Tulkarem, who was immediately re-arrested by Israeli forces upon his release from the Jneid prison after two years of detention, confirms beyond any doubt that these agencies have placed themselves in a position hostile to our people and their sacrifices.
We, the Committee of Families of Political Prisoners, demand the immediate and unconditional release of released prisoner Abdel Rahman Ashtiyeh and all political prisoners held in the Palestinian Authority's prisons.

| 16 |  🔴 The zionist occupation authorities transferred journalist and prisoner Bushra Al-Taweel from "Damon" prison to isolation in "Ramle" prison six months into her administrative detention, according to the Palestinian Prisoners' Society.
Originally from Al-Bireh and 31 years old, Bushra Al-Taweel is a freelance journalist who works for several Palestinian media outlets, specializing in reporting on the situation of prisoners. On February 6, 2026, she was arrested by the occupation forces while passing through the Ain Sina checkpoint, north of Ramallah, and was subsequently placed in administrative detention six days later.
Three months ago, her detention has been renewed for an additional four months.
This is the eighth time that the Zionist regime has imprisoned Bushra Al-Taweel. She was imprisoned in 2011 (and later released as part of the Wafaa al-Ahrar prisoner exchange), in 2014, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024 (when she was once again released as part of the Toufan al-Ahrar prisoner exchange). In total, throughout her successive imprisonments, Bushra Al-Taweel has spent 55 months in colonial prisons.
In 2020, when she was imprisoned, she told her family that she would launch a hunger strike to secure her release. Her father, Jamal Al-Taweel, who had spent more than 15 years in Zionist prisons and is a prominent figure in the resistance in the West Bank, learned the news. He was also being detained at the time and decided to go on hunger strike in her place to prevent her from putting her health at risk. After refusing food for 29 days, Jamal Al-Taweel succeeded in securing his daughter’s release. He is still being held in colonial prisons; he has lost approximately 30 kg and his health has seriously deteriorated.
It is her journalistic work focusing on the situation of prisoners, as well as her family’s political affiliation, that has led to continued harassment by the occupation forces. Several other journalists are also being imprisoned alongside her.

| 17 |  🇵🇸 Wael Nawar in hunger strike for 15 days : Freedom for the activists imprisoned in Tunisia for their support for Palestine!
Four pro-Palestinian activists from the Global Sumud Flotilla have been imprisoned in Tunisia for almost seven months. The requests for release filed by three of them, Ghassan el-Henchiri, Nabil Chennoufi and Wael Nawar, were denied.
- Wael Nawar is actually in hunger strike for 15 days (he launched his strike on august 16th) and was arrested on March 6, 2026. As a student, he became involved in the General Union of Tunisian Students. His left-wing political commitment and activism within Tunisia’s social movements led to his imprisonment and torture in Ben Ali’s prisons, from which he was only released after the Tunisian Revolution. Following the fall of the regime, he continued his activism and played a central role in the student movement, eventually becoming Secretary-General of the General Union of Tunisian Students. He participated in the formation of several left-wing groups and organizations in Tunisia. He joined the Global Sumud Flotilla and sailed aboard the Deir Yassine, took part in the launch of the Sumud Land Convoy, and is a member of both the international and Maghreb steering committees of the GSF.
- Ghassan Boughdiri is a left-wing and pro-Palestinian activist who was sentenced to seven months in prison following a protest action against Maersk, a global shipping company involved in the genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza by the Zionist army. An activist for the Palestinian cause in Tunisia, he has taken part in numerous campaigns against normalization. He was notably a member of the steering committee of the Global Sumud Flotilla, organized the Sumud Land Convoy, and participated in various cultural initiatives such as the Béja Amateur Film Festival.
- Ghassan el-Henchiri was arrested on March 6, 2026. A left-wing and pro-Palestinian activist, he is a member of the Socialist Democratic Patriotic Party, whose Political Bureau he has been part of since 2020. He has also been active within the al-Watad student organization and the Socialist Democratic National Movement. He also contributed to the founding of the national democratic youth organization “Kifah.” In 2025, he joined the Global Sumud Flotilla.
- Nabil Chennoufi was arrested on March 6, 2026. An engineer specializing in the agri-food industry, he is a long-standing pro-Palestinian activist. He played a central role in launching the Sumud Land Convoy and was part of the Global Sumud Flotilla, following which he was imprisoned in Zionist prisons. He is a member of the GSF steering committee for the Maghreb. Alongside his activist work, he has also participated in numerous community and cultural activities for Tunisian youth.

For the third consecutive year, the occupation continues the crime of enforced disappearance against hundreds of detainees from Gaza, leaving the fate of hundreds of them unknown
Enforced disappearance has become a systematic policy and a cover for crimes of torture, killing, and concealment. The continued lack of information about the fate of detainees constitutes an ongoing crime that requires accountability.
On the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances, Palestinian prisoners’ institutions affirm that the Israeli occupation authorities continue, for the third consecutive year, to use “enforced disappearance” as a systematic policy against thousands of Palestinian detainees from the Gaza Strip who were arrested during the years of the crime of genocide. To this day, the fate and places of detention of a large number of them remain unknown.
The institutions stress that the occupation’s continued withholding of information about detainees, its refusal to disclose their names, places of detention, and health conditions, and its denial of contact with their families, lawyers, and human rights organizations do not constitute merely isolated violations of detainees’ rights. Rather, they form an integrated system of enforced disappearance, used to strip detainees of legal protection and create conditions conducive to torture, ill-treatment, medical crimes, and other violations, away from oversight and accountability.
