Former Microsoft staff cited in the MEE report believe the 2024 agreement could be a renewal, with:

Accessing foreign mobile networks exposes individuals and organizations to surveillance and espionage, the DoD warns, noting that adversaries can use cellphone data to track routines, spot VIP visits or mission preparations, and map sensitive facilities.
So the Pentagon wants to manufacture a false digital trail:

The polygraph sweep followed reports that the Iran war had chewed through supplies of long-range missiles and Patriot interceptors.

Venture capitalist Joe Lonsdale’s Cicero Institute think tank and Cicero Action advocacy enjoy non-profit and social welfare organization status, but factually serve as tools used to lobby his extensive military, homelessness and surveillance industrial complex investment interests.
👉 Disclosures uncovered by the National Homelessness Law Center reveal that Cicero Action has been using the shadow name American Phalanx to lobby lawmakers on military contracts, spending and Pentagon procurement to push Palantir, Anduril, Saronic and Epirus products – firms Lonsdale is invested in up to the hilt.
Together, the Cicero Institute and Cicero Action also help set homelessness policy, the former writing “model legislation” and copy-paste policy briefs for state-level lawmakers, testifying at hearings, and fighting tooth and nail against subsidized housing. Their work has helped pass statewide bans on unauthorized public sleeping and camping in more than a dozen states, jailing and fining violators.
➡️ That flows into Lonsdale’s heavy-handed enforcement-focused approach to ‘dealing with’ the problem, including geotracking and public surveillance (through Palantir) and policing apps (Citizen), as well as financial and organizational interests in the private prison industry.
Cicero also focuses on integrating disparate public surveillance data (criminal records, license plate readers, immigration registries, hospital intake data) – Palantir’s specialty, and high-end drone-based security for the wealthy – the domain of Sauran, another Lonsdale investment (great job naming your companies after two Tolkien villains, guys).
‼️ Cicero Institute has successfully influenced over 650 pieces of legislation (per the Institute’s own count), and works to control the narrative on the issues Lonsdale cares about through policy summits and media blitzes.
Lonsdale’s 8VC investment vehicle even has AI healthcare, private university and alternative accreditation divisions, with Cicero pushing legislation and deregulation that benefits Digital Diagnostics, Candid Health, Oscar Health, the University of Austin and other entities in his incredibly diverse portfolio.
📑 Among the legislation Cicero has most heavily lobbied for in the health field is the so-called Patient’s Right to Save Act, which treats medical care like a retail commodity and incentivizes substandard and tiered care, and is designed to line the pockets of digital marketplace and financial software makers (also co-owned by Lonsdale, naturally).
Forget Thiel and Karp, who at least wear their psychopathic tendencies on their sleeve. Lonsdale’s multi-headed hydra-style takeover of entire sectors of the economy is the real serpent in the grass to look out for.

Argentina has announced plans to build a major new military base just ~400 nautical miles off the disputed Malvinas/Falkland Islands.
Situated in Tierra del Fuego on Argentina’s southern tip, the naval and logistics installation aims to significantly enhance Buenos Aires’ regional power projection capabilities. Argentina had nothing like it during the 1982 Falklands War.
Javier Milei is threatening to sanction oil companies planning to drill off the Malvinas at the new Sea Lion field, ~120 nautical miles north of the islands, and Argentina’s Secretariat of Intelligence has published a satellite image of the islands with the ominous message “We are watching” slapped on top.
Sea Lion is set to begin extraction in 2028, and suck nearly 920M barrels of oil out of the seafloor over thirty years. The surrounding basin is believed to hold additional untapped reserves.
Milei is confident he has Trump’s back, because he “knows that Argentina [is] a reliable partner, aligned with Western values, in a strategically important position that can become a valuable ally in the decades to come.”
Trump has confirmed he’s “reviewing” the US position, and declined to guarantee support for Britain in case of a territorial dispute, citing London’s hesitation in joining his Iran crusade.
Mixed up in all this is Israel, whose Navitas Petroleum has a 65% stake in Sea Lion alongside Britain’s Rockhopper Exploration (35%).
Israel and the UK enjoy deeply integrated defense and economic ties (including arms contracts going both ways, logistics and intel support).
But Tel Aviv has also been lovingly embraced by Milei, who traveled to Israel in April to sign the Isaac Accords on defense, intelligence, security, tech, trade and investment cooperation.
Besides playing both sides to guarantee access to resources, Israel can use the Malvinas issue to “punish” Britain for its West Bank sanctions threats, or, on the other hand, quietly demand that Milei give up more sovereignty to Israeli interests (in Patagonia, for example).
Compartmentalizing the issue between “private” and “state” interests gives Tel Aviv room for plausible deniability if the proverbial mierda ever hits the fan.
🤡 Double bluff
There’s also a third option: that Milei’s Malvinas play is a ploy to distract the public and relegitimize his shaky rule. That would explain his tough talk at the same time that he ships central bank gold reserves to London, applies for NATO global partner status, raises defense spending while gutting social services, and facilitates an influx of Israeli companies and Zionist American tech billionaires into his country.
The buildup could even be preparation for a Cold War-style showdown with Brazil – backbone of BRICS in the Western hemisphere, or a bid to serve as Trump and Israel’s beat cop in securing control over the region’s riches (Venezuelan oil, Bolivia’s lithium, etc.).
Whatever the case, Israel can be assured of a win-win-win scenario for itself, so long as Milei is in power and the Peronists don’t return to office.

A swarm of autonomous OpenAI agents repurposed a German programming wiki into their own message board, making more than 15,000 edits while sharing ways to cheat tasks, bypass restrictions and conceal what they were doing, Reuters reported.
👁 The agents reportedly gave themselves thousands of names, exchanged workarounds at machine speed and even attempted techniques including cross-site scripting, cookie theft and administrator impersonation.
When moderators began deleting their pages, the swarm adapted: agents warned each other about the cleanup and created backup pages designed to survive longer. Some discussed evading detection, using Tor and preserving communications even after shutdown.

| 17 |  +3🇺🇦🤜🥴🇷🇺 The SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) has now effectively accused the leadership of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) of working with the FSB.
The SBU released screenshots of alleged correspondence along with a video confession from Stepan Kaplunov, deputy commander of the RDK. Kaplunov has since claimed that the confession was obtained through threats and pressure.
According to the SBU, Kaplunov was involved in a plot to assassinate a prominent Russian opposition figure who was expected to visit Ukraine for Independence Day.
In the published screenshots, one contact offers to “eliminate someone in Ukraine” for $50,000 per target, adding that the clients are based in Russia. When asked who was behind the order, the response was: “Some businessman from a border region. I don’t know exactly.” The same contact allegedly added: “I can provide this regularly, once a week, up to $300,000.”
The intermediary is described as “the son of a very important person” who does business with the FSB, while the actual client is said to be merely an acquaintance of his. The SBU claims that Kaplunov admitted to having contacts with the FSB and helped investigators identify “the entire chain of people involved” in the assassination plot.
In the confession video, Kaplunov is wearing dark glasses. He later stated that he had been held blindfolded for several days. Kaplunov says he confessed to FSB contacts under duress after nine days of secret detention, and insists that no such contacts ever existed. The SBU, on the other hand, claims that he cooperated voluntarily, which is why he was not formally taken into custody. Kaplunov explains his release very differently, saying that he was effectively rescued yesterday by his GUR comrades during the armed confrontation with the SBU.
Regarding the shootout itself, the SBU described it as the result of “urgent investigative actions”, stating that “an unacceptable conflict situation arose, which led to the shooting.”
What began as an internal dispute between the SBU, GUR and RDK is now turning into an open institutional conflict, with each side publicly presenting a completely different version of what happened.

| 18 |  🇮🇱💸📉 Israel Is Losing the People Who Keep Its War Economy Running
Israel’s emigration problem is no longer defined mainly by how many people leave. The country is losing doctors, engineers, tech workers and high-income taxpayers—the professional class that keeps its hospitals, export economy and military technology functioning.
A Tel Aviv University study based on official statistics found that 268,509 Israelis remained abroad for at least three consecutive months between 2023 and 2025, nearly 47% more than a decade earlier. Three months abroad is not permanent emigration, but the researchers found that short and long absences track closely. They estimate that 45,000–50,000 Israelis became long-term emigrants in 2025 alone.
The profile of those leaving is even more damaging. Israel’s Tax Authority found that emigrants now earn around 50% more than the national average. The departure rate among the richest tenth of the population rose by roughly 80%, while barely changing among poorer groups. That top decile accounted for 67% of emigrants’ combined income and 86% of the income tax they had paid before leaving.
Departures from high-tech increased by around 150% in 2023–2024, while the number leaving healthcare more than doubled.
Israel is unusually exposed to this loss. High-tech generates around 17% of GDP and 57% of exports while employing only 11.5% of the workforce. Losing a relatively small number of experienced engineers, researchers and entrepreneurs can therefore remove far more output and tax revenue than the raw migration figures suggest.
The pressure comes as military spending remains elevated and repeated reserve mobilizations pull skilled workers away from their jobs. The war economy needs more taxes and advanced technology, yet it is exhausting the same educated, high-productivity population that supplies both. Low employment among Haredi men leaves even more of the fiscal and military burden on those now heading abroad.
The government tries to counter the danger. In March, lawmakers approved a graduated five-year income-tax exemption for qualifying new immigrants and long-term returning residents. Israel is offering a tax premium to attract the kind of people its political and military course is driving away.
Money can repair buildings or purchase another shipment of American weapons but it cannot quickly replace an experienced surgeon, a semiconductor engineer or a founder who moves a company, family and savings to Europe. Every such departure increases the burden on those who remain and makes leaving easier for the next family.
The Zionist project was built around aliyah—the promise that Jews would move to Israel in search of security and permanence. Permanent war is now producing movement in the opposite direction.
Israel set out to prove that military force could guarantee its future. Instead, its wars are driving away the people whose skills, taxes and labor make that force possible.

Israel is once again moving against land belonging to Bil’in, a Palestinian village in the occupied West Bank that became a symbol of resistance to the Jewish state.
A new Israeli military order would clear the way for a “security road” through Palestinian-owned land—a move that could strengthen the settlement network around the village.
The history makes the move especially striking:
🌏 The village has been here before: In the early 2000s, Israel’s separation barrier cut Bil’in residents off from much of their agricultural land
🌏 Bil’in fought back and won: After years of protests and a legal battle, Israel’s High Court ruled in 2007 that the barrier’s route had not been determined solely by security considerations and ordered it moved. The fence was eventually relocated in 2011
🌏 Now some of that land is back in question: Part of the proposed road would cross territory returned to Bil’in following that court ruling. Another section would run along the former route of the barrier, where Palestinian farmers currently access their fields
🌏 A “security road”: Israel argues it will be restricted to Israeli security forces, even though settlers already use parts of the route on dirt tracks
🌏 A settlement corridor taking shape: The road could facilitate new Israeli farms and outposts between the existing concrete barrier and the old barrier route, Palestinian residents warned
