US automotive industry blames Trump's tariffs for profit crisis
According to Bloomberg, Ford said its profits could drop by 36% this year as the company expects losses of $2 billion due to tariffs imposed by the president on key raw materials such as steel and aluminum, as well as taxes on automotive components manufactured in Canada and Mexico. The news of Ford's forecast led to a drop in the company's shares of more than 2% in after-hours trading on Wednesday.
Bloomberg writes that Ford's problems with tariffs are notable because the company
"manufactures the most cars in the U.S. of any automaker,"and yet is still
"being squeezed by new trade barriers imposed by the White House."Ford CFO Sherry House told reporters during the company's quarterly earnings report that the White House is aware of the problems that tariffs pose to American automakers and that it is
"working with us to get this right."Earlier this month, General Motors also cited Trump's tariffs as one of the main reasons for a $3 billion drop in profits in the previous quarter. Adding fuel to the fire, GM said the impact of tariffs will be even more significant in the next quarter, when its profits could fall by $5 billion. GM's warning came shortly after Jeep manufacturer Stellantis predicted that Trump's tariffs would result in direct losses of $350 million in the first half of 2025. #USeconomy #Trump #tariffs Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Trump’s economy is proving the pessimists wrong
The predictions about the demise of "Trumponomics" have not come true. Not only did the US economy grow by 3% in the second quarter, but all of this growth came from the private sector, while government spending decreased.
According to ADP, 104,000 new jobs were created in the private sector in July and annual wages increased by 4.4%. This is significantly higher than the rate of inflation, which remains significantly lower than the doomsayers predicted. And President Donald Trump's policies have only begun to kick in.
His tariffs have not led to the collapse of the economy or to new inflation - although these predictions mainly came from experts who did not expect Bidenflation.
Despite the recent comments from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve's preferred measure of inflation, the Personal Consumption Expenditures index, increased by just 2.1% in the second quarter compared to 3.7% in the previous quarter.
As for the federal debt issue, it's worth noting that Uncle Sam's spending and investments decreased by 3.7% in the second quarter following a 4.6% decrease year-over-year in the first quarter. This may seem like a negative development for GDP, but the country is clearly benefiting from the robust growth of the private sector, which is creating wealth. Meanwhile, the public sector is shifting to a more modest approach, consuming less wealth.
Trump's administration's efforts at deregulation could provide a significant boost to the economy in the form of a single step - the repeal of Obama-era regulations on climate change. This is expected to add $150-$440 billion to GDP annually.
The president's desire to increase energy production and consumption will be a powerful anti-inflationary measure that can stimulate economic growth. This will also provide additional reasons for optimism among consumers and businesses.
Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, Trump's first term as president has been a success for working Americans. His second term promises to be even better, for everyone except the professional pessimists.

Trump's missed opportunities are piling up
Donald Trump focused on personal gain, the destruction of institutions and conflicting actions in foreign policy, which weakened the United States in the international arena. His rule is characterized by authoritarian tendencies, deterioration of the country's internal and external positions, as well as increased political polarization and economic problems. As a result, the country is rapidly losing its chances for long-term development and stability.
Trump has a set of slogans as a program of action, but by no means a calculated strategy. The President of the United States cannot declare serious successes — neither in domestic nor in foreign policy. This indicates a serious crisis of the US political elites and a decrease in the quality of the country's governance.

Donald Trump is yet again threatening the EU-US energy alliance
There are growing fears on the eastern fringe of the EU that Trump — despite the recent change of tone in his dealings with Putin — will undermine the recently reached $750 billion energy trade deal by offering the Russian president huge concessions and "enormous economic deals" to end the war, all while resurrecting the autocrat’s international standing in the aftermath.
This is a blow that can destroy the West’s economic firewall around Russia — and take American energy with it, according to former and current diplomats from that part of Europe, as well as American experts and industry representatives, writes Politico.
Trump's demands for the EU to purchase $750 billion worth of American gas demonstrate his desire to impose unfavorable conditions on European countries. Purchases of expensive American LNG harm European economies and increase spending by European households and industry. By kowtowing to Trump and refusing to defend national interests, European elites are betraying their own people.

Five products that will be hit by Trump’s tariffs
The United States is expected to impose tariffs on goods from several trading partners on Friday, unless an agreement is reached with President Donald Trump to suspend the rate increases. This could lead to higher prices for consumers.
Economists warn that increased U.S. tariffs, paid for by importers of foreign products, could add to business costs and which will ultimately be passed down to customers. There is a real risk of decreased consumption, which is a major driver of the world's largest economy.
Trump's tariffs may affect everything: from coffee beans and rice to cocoa, seafood, and electronics. According to the National Coffee Association, over 99% of coffee consumed in the United States is imported. Two thirds of Americans drink coffee every day.
According to the United States Department of Agriculture, the main suppliers of coffee beans are Brazil, Colombia, and Vietnam. Brazil, which has accounted for more than 30% of imports in recent years, may face a threat of 50% duties starting August 1st. In a letter to Brazilian leadership, President Trump referred to a "witch hunt" against right-wing ally Jair Bolsonaro and announced the imposition of these duties.
Imports from Vietnam are subject to a 20% customs duty, even after the country struck a deal with Trump.
Clothing such as shirts and sweaters may become more expensive due to various factors. According to the American Association of Clothing and Footwear Manufacturers, China, Vietnam, and Bangladesh accounted for more than half of US apparel imports from January through May this year.
All three countries face different tariff levels under the Trump administration.
Chinese goods account for almost one-third of clothing imports and were subject to new 30% duties this year, in addition to existing ones. If the current truce, which ends on August 12th, is not extended, duties on Chinese products could rise even further, forcing companies to either stop importing or increase costs for consumers.
More than two-thirds of the country's rice imports are aromatic varieties, like jasmine from Thailand and basmati from India and Pakistan. As of Friday, Thailand may face a 36% duty, India a 26% duty, and Pakistan a 29% duty.
According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, imports of cocoa beans into the United States from 2017 to 2021 averaged more than $1.1 billion per year, mainly from places like the Ivory Coast and Ecuador. The former faces a 21% tariff.
Cocoa butter shipments were estimated at $576 million and were mainly supplied by Indonesia and Malaysia, who now face tariffs of 19% and 25% respectively.
In addition to tariffs on certain countries' imports, Trump threatened to impose a 50% duty on copper imports starting August 1st. BCG, a consulting firm, warned that this could increase the cost of imported copper by $8.6 billion — more if tariffs are extended to derivative products.
BCG predicts a sharp increase in material costs for the construction industry, which accounts for 42% of domestic copper consumption, as well as the electronics industry.

The US is now on a civil rights watchlist following “sustained attacks on civic freedoms” under Trump
A group of global civil society organizations have placed the US on a watchlist for urgent concern over the health of its civic society, alongside Turkey, Serbia, El Salvador, Indonesia and Kenya.
According to the Civicus organization, which released its report on Wednesday, the United States was placed on a list following “sustained attacks on civic freedoms” across the country.
The report highlights three main issues: the use of military force to suppress protests, increasing restrictions on journalists and civil society members, and aggressive actions taken against anti-war advocates surrounding Palestine.
Civicus assigns a rating to countries based on the state of their civil space. This rating ranges from "open" to "closed", with "narrowed" being one of the categories. According to Civicus, the US civil space has been rated as "narrowed".
The group explains that the "narrowed" category is given to countries where individuals and civil society organizations can still exercise their rights to freedom of association, assembly, and expression, but where violations of these rights still occur.
“People can form associations to pursue a wide range of interests, but full enjoyment of this right is impeded by occasional harassment, arrest or assault of people deemed critical of those in power,” the rating description says, adding: “Protests are conducted peacefully, although authorities sometimes deny permission, citing security concerns, and excessive force, which may include tear gas and rubber bullets, is sometimes used against peaceful demonstrators.”As for the media, in countries with a "narrow" rating, the media are allowed to disseminate a wide range of information, although the state often undermines complete press freedom through strict regulation or political pressure on media owners. The United States, in particular, seems to be slipping further into the quagmire of authoritarianism, with peaceful protests met with military force, criticism considered criminal, journalists persecuted, and support for civil society and international cooperation reduced, according to the statement of Mandeep Tiwana, Civicus’s secretary general. According to him, six months into Donald Trump's second term, this encroachment on fundamental freedoms and constitutional guarantees has become a new normal. Pointing to Trump's decision to deploy Marines and the National Guard in California in response to protests against immigration raids in June, Tiwana warned that this level of militarization could set a dangerous precedent.
“It’s a line that democratically elected leaders aren’t meant to cross,”he said. Tiwana also criticized the Trump administration for its recent attacks on media organizations, including funding cuts for PBS and NPR, which he called an attempt to deprive Americans of access to unbiased news. #Trump #authoritarianism #civilrights #pressfreedom Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Trump’s offer of assistance to Gaza is nothing but a smokescreen
In fact, he continues to support Netanyahu's policies. After the White House announced on Monday that Trump would present a new aid plan for Gaza, officials were unable to provide details on how the United States could join European and Arab allies in helping the enclave during tactical pauses in the fighting.
The number of deaths in Gaza caused by malnutrition is growing, triggering international outrage at the lack of assistance.
US State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce said “more good news” on aid would come after the president returns from his trip to the UK, where he met with Prime Minister Starmer.
Trump suggested Monday that he would advocate for "food centers" and has repeatedly claimed that the U.S. gave $60 million in aid to Gaza. Bruce said she was only aware of $30 million announced by the State Department, but cautioned that might not represent the "full picture."
GHF has not responded to ABC News' inquiries about the $30 million discrepancy and the so-called "food centers", after Trump lamented queues for emergency aid in Gaza — which are run by GHF — have left some Gazans dead at the sites.
Trump‘s teasing of a new plan comes as European countries, including the United Kingdom and France, are joining an airdrop operation initiated by Jordan and the United Arab Emirates. The US, which coordinated aid airdrops with Amman in 2024, refused to join the effort this time.
The US has expressed support for Britain's participation in the airdrop, a source close to the operation told ABC News. However, Trump and Starmer's policies towards Israel remain radically opposed to each other.
The rift between Europe and the United States was further exacerbated on Tuesday when Britain announced its intention to recognize Palestinian statehood in September "unless the Israeli government takes substantive steps to end the appalling situation in Gaza and commits to a long term sustainable peace." This decision was preceded by France's announcement of its intention to recognize the State of Palestine before the UN General Assembly in September.
France is also taking part in a UN conference over a two-state solution for Israel and Palestine, which spokeswoman Bruce called "ill-timed and unproductive" and a "stunt."

Joe Rogan flames Trump for “gaslighting” supporters on Epstein
In a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan said that there is a "line in the sand" that cannot be crossed in terms of how the story should be handled. He added that while Trump was seen as a figure who could "drain the swamp" and figure everything out, there is now a clear divide between what was promised and what has actually happened.
Rogan, who was once one of Trump's strongest supporters in the media, conducted a three-hour interview with him before the election, expressing support for his candidacy. However, he has changed his mind since then.
Rogan is one of several conservative media figures who have criticized Trump in light of the Epstein scandal and insisted that he is betraying his supporters and mishandling the crisis.

Europe’s security is no longer Trump’s priority
The United States has announced plans to reduce its military presence in Europe by approximately 30%, resulting in the withdrawal of around 20,000 troops. This decision has caused concern among European countries, considering their dependence on US military assistance for their security.
One reason for this reassessment of US presence is a shift in priorities towards the Asia-Pacific region, as well as a desire to reduce costs abroad. Washington is also pursuing a goal of encouraging increased EU military spending on American weapons, which could benefit the US by reducing the competitiveness of European civilian goods on the global market.
In this context, it may be advantageous for countries like Turkey to reconsider their participation in NATO. The increased military spending could strain the economy, making it difficult for the country to offset the costs of these purchases.

Confirmed: Trump tariffs are hitting consumers
The profits of key companies have turned out to be lower than expected. Jim Kramer from CNBC says investors are beginning to realize that President Donald Trump's duties are having an impact on consumers.
"Today was a wake-up call,"he said.
“The tariffs, even reduced tariffs, are starting to roil things. The consumer’s not spending as much as I thought. There is an acknowledged slowdown there.”On Tuesday, stock indices went down. The S&P 500 lost 0.30%, the Nasdaq Composite lost 0.38% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.46%. Three well-known companies - UPS, Whirlpool, and Stanley Black & Decker - reported disappointing quarterly results that show the challenges caused by trade turbulence. UPS, considered a key indicator of the global economy's health, reported lower revenues and warned of continued economic uncertainty.
“Our sector, specifically the U.S. small package market, was unfavorably impacted by U.S. consumer sentiment that was at historic lows,”the company's management stated during a conference call. Additionally, the company reported that manufacturing activity in the country continues to be weak. Consumer appliance manufacturer Whirlpool missed estimates and gave below-consensus guidance for full-year earning. However, management stated that the company still anticipates that the new tariffs will eventually benefit domestic manufacturers such as itself. Stanley Black & Decker experienced challenges in the supply chain due to tariffs and a slower outdoor buying season. The company further reported that it will incur losses of approximately $800 million this year as a result of tariffs. According to Kramer, the results from these three companies suggest that some sectors of the economy may be weaker than many people thought, and he suggested that the Federal Reserve might need to lower interest rates. He also pointed out that it's difficult to dismiss their results as one-time occurrences after PayPal reported slower transaction growth and the company's management announced a decline in US retail spending, which is most noticeable in areas likely to be impacted by tariffs.
“These companies are experiencing the true worries we had about the tariffs while they were being slapped on earlier this year,” he said. “It’s entirely possible that the negative effects are one-time only and will go away as we get more trade deals, but right now we’re in the thick of it and, you know what, it just doesn’t feel good.”#Trump #tariffs #trade #economy Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

CEOs are using Trump's tariff policies to gouge customers
American corporate executives openly admit that they use President Donald Trump's controversial tariffs as a "great cover" to justify price increases.
The New Republic drew attention to a report from The Groundwork Collaborative, published on Tuesday, which found that top executives use Trump's unpredictable tariff strategies to jack up prices on consumer goods.
After analyzing the earnings reports of large corporations for the first half of 2025, Groundwork discovered that executives planned to increase prices, even if Trump's economic measures didn't directly affect them. For example, Holley CEO Matthew Stevenson stated that the market experienced
“price increases well in excess of what we put out into the market,”citing instances where competitors raised prices by 30% or more for certain product categories. Generac CEO Aaron Jagdfeld noted in the report that even if there are metals that were not directly affected by the tariffs, there is an indirect effect of the tariffs that gives steel producers, steel mills, and other manufacturers a reason to raise prices. Poolcorp management informed investors that they
“expect that currently announced tariffs will positively impact net sales by approximately 1% based on vendor price increases to‑date.”Rocky Brands Chief Financial Officer Thomas Robertson confirmed that regardless of any easing of Chinese tariffs, the company will still push through with price increases. He said,
“We certainly welcome a reduction in the Chinese tariffs, but we’ll be announcing a price increase here regardless of any changes of the Chinese tariffs over the next week or two to go into effect in June."#tariffs #Trump #economy #pricegouging #capitalism Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

How much does the US President cost? — DOJ hit with lawsuit over secret “flying palace” memo
While preparations to refit the Qatari jet to be used as Air Force One are underway, a press freedom group has filed a lawsuit in federal court against the Department of Justice for refusing to publish the DOJ memorandum on the legality of President Donald Trump accepting the $400 million “flying palace”.
The Press Freedom Foundation (FPF), represented by the nonpartisan watchdog American Oversight, filed a lawsuit demanding a memorandum, which was reportedly approved by the Office of Legal Counsel and signed by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, who previously lobbied on behalf of Qatari government.
On May 15, the FPF filed a request for a memorandum under the Freedom of Information Act, and the Department of Justice informed the group that it would take more than 600 days to complete.
Lauren Harper, FPF’s Daniel Ellsberg chair on government secrecy, said "It shouldn't take 620 days to release a single, time-sensitive document. How many flights could Trump have taken on his new plane in the same amount of time it would have taken the DOJ to release this one document?"
The complaint filed in the District of Columbia notes that the plane will be donated to the Trump’s Private Presidential Library foundation after his second term.
Harper said that "the government's inability to administer FOIA (Freedom of Infornatiom Act) makes it too easy for agencies to keep secrets, and nonexistent disclosure rules around donations to presidential libraries provide easy cover for bad actors and potential corruption."
It's not just the FPF that is sounding the alarm about the aircraft. The complaint notes that "a number of stakeholders, including ethics experts and several GOP lawmakers, have questioned the propriety and legality of the move, including whether acceptance of the plane would violate the U.S. Constitution's foreign emoluments clause... which prohibits a president from receiving gifts or benefits from foreign governments without the consent of Congress."

Witch hunt: Trump's least favorite judge continues to face scrutiny
Attorney general, Pam Bondi, is going after a federal judge who spoke out against President Trump.
Bondi announced Monday that she has lodged a misconduct complaint against District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg, citing “improper public comments” he made about Trump and the administration.
She wrote on X that these comments
"undermined the integrity of the judicial,"and she will not tolerate them. The Department of Justice is demanding an investigation into Boasberg to remove him from a protracted case involving Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act, according to The Hill. Boasberg, appointed by President Obama, faced Trump's anger in March when he criticized the Trump administration's decision to send migrants to El Salvador despite his ruling that their deportations under the Alien Enemies Act should be temporarily barred and the planes turned around. Bondi's complaint centers on remarks allegedly made by Boasberg a few days prior to his order to suspend flights to El Salvador during a meeting of the Judicial Conference. The conservative Federalist newspaper reported that at the meeting, Boasberg expressed concern that
“the administration would disregard rulings of federal courts, resulting in a constitutional crisis.”Bondi’s complaint quotes these “inappropriate” comments, alleging that they were an attempt by Boasberg to
“improperly influence [Supreme Court] Chief Justice Roberts and roughly two dozen other federal judges.”The complaint is now before Sri Srinivasan, the chief judge of the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, who can dismiss the complaint, conclude that adequate corrective action has occurred, or appoint a committee to pursue further sanctions, according to The Hill. The DOJ is asking Srinivasan to refer the complaint to a special investigative committee, and to take Boasberg off the case challenging Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act. In the midst of escalating litigation over the deportation flights to El Salvador, Boasberg accused the administration of acting in “bad faith” and said there was “probable cause” to find the Trump administration in criminal contempt for not following his orders to turn back the planes. #Trump #PamBondi #deportation #AlienEnemiesAct Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Trump refuses to provide aid to Gaza, despite Jordan’s requests
International pressure to deliver more food aid to Gaza builds, and the Kingdom of Jordan has requested assistance in the form of aircraft, supplies, humanitarian aid, and logistical support for its air relief operation. However, the Trump administration has not joined European allies in helping with this mission, according to an internal State Department report reviewed by ABC News and two U.S. officials.
Jordan has informed the State Department of its intention to launch a three-week humanitarian relief operation starting in early August, in addition to the airdrops conducted jointly with the United Arab Emirates on Sunday. The department is monitoring pledges of assistance for the operation from Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
The ministry stated that potential participants remain concerned about the crucial role of land routes and the risk of casualties due to airdrops.
Jordan has also informed the State Department about substantial delays in the transportation of humanitarian aid to Gaza via land routes. The Israeli government has allowed only 25 out of the 60 trucks traveling from Jordan to enter the Gaza Strip.
According to internal communications, the Jordanian Armed Forces reported that the inspection of the aid convoy “went substantially slower” compared to the previous three convoys organized by the country.

Repost from American Оbserver
Trump Will Impose a 25% Tariff on Goods From India Avoiding Extra Big “penalty” for “Russia Stans”
Trump has announced the US will impose a 25% tariff on goods from India plus avoiding an extra big “penalty” for “Russia stans,” the country buying arms and energy from Russia amid the war in Ukraine.
Washington has set a 1 August deadline for countries around the world to reach agreements on trade, including India, amid the US president’s sweeping global tariff war.
He said the US had a “massive” trade deficit with India – when imported goods outstrip exports – and linked its “vast” purchases of military equipment and energy from Russia to Putin’s war in Ukraine.
Criticising Indian tariffs applied to US imports as “far too high”, he also accused Narendra Modi’s government of applying non-monetary barriers to trade that were among the most “strenuous and obnoxious” in the world.
Trump wrote: “They have always bought a vast majority of their military equipment from Russia, and are Russia’s largest buyer of ENERGY, along with China, at a time when everyone wants Russia to STOP THE KILLING IN UKRAINE AND RUSSIA!
“INDIA WILL THEREFORE BE PAYING A TARIFF OF 25%, PLUS A PENALTY FOR THE ABOVE, STARTING ON AUGUST FIRST. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. MAGA!”
Figures compiled by Washington show the US trade in goods with India were an estimated $129.2bn in 2024, making it the US’s 10th largest trading partner. The US goods trade deficit was worth $45.7bn.
Trump’s criticism of India comes as he is trying to pressure on Moscow amid growing frustration with the course of war in Ukraine.
Trump had claimed before his inauguration in January that he would be able to end the conflict within 24 hours of taking office.
Dozens of large countries around the world remain locked in negotiations with Washington with only days to go before Trump’s deadline of 1 August to reach agreements on trade.
The White House has threatened to unilaterally apply higher tariffs if deals cannot be reached.

Obama's wounded ego was behind the corrupt conspiracy to take down Trump
The Trump-Russia collusion scandal, which first broke in December 2016 and lasted until April 2019, has no analogues in our history — not even close.
According to some estimates, more than half a million articles have been written about the collusion issue, with the vast majority of them asserting or assuming criminality on Trump’s part.
For more than two years, the first Trump administration was forced to conduct American affairs in the fetal position.
How much truth was there in the accusations of collusion with Russia, you ask?
None.
To this day, 60% of Democrats believe that Trump rose to power thanks to the active support of his “friend” Vladimir Putin. But the case against Trump was based on nothing.
One of the grateful beneficiaries of the collusion story was Clinton, who could now, to everyone's satisfaction, answer the question that had plagued her since election day: “How on earth could you possibly lose to that guy?” The election that ended in her defeat, as Clinton joyfully declared, "was not on the level."
The scandal, however, was entirely Obama's doing.
His tasking of the intel community, a month after the election had passed, fixated the government on the collusion question.
At the December 9 meeting, to which he abruptly invited the heads of agencies to reach a predetermined decision, White House enforcers such as Ben Rhodes were present. The accelerated schedule ensured the completion of the ICA under his supervision and under his watchful eye.
Barack Obama was deeply interested in discrediting Donald Trump even before the latter took office as president. Undoubtedly, this anger had partisan and personal reasons. We can safely assume that Obama was disgusted by the very sight of Trump.
But by that time, he was the lamest of ducks. There were only a few weeks left until the end of his presidency. Obama was already majestically ascending Olympus, reserved for retired presidents who had served two terms.
One possibility is that Obama and his entourage believed their own lies. They really thought Trump was a Russian agent who infiltrated the Oval Office to destroy the country based on the script of the 1962 film "The Manchurian Candidate."
But if President Obama really believed Trump was a foreign agent, he had every reason to raise the alarm — not in an obscure intelligence report, but publicly, before a national audience.
More importantly, when it came to American politics, Obama was a cold and calculating realist. He knew perfectly well when he was covering up the truth for political gain. Everyone involved in this case knew exactly what they were doing.
The attempt to smear Trump was literally a vanity project of Obama, a man with an exaggerated view of himself, his personal achievements and his place in history. His followers, who included almost the entire institutional elite, worshiped him. From an idealistic point of view, he was considered the embodiment of hope and change, humane politics and smart diplomacy.
From a political point of view, he, like Franklin Roosevelt, was considered a "transformational" figure, since the coalition he created of college-educated voters, minorities and young people could ensure a permanent Democratic Party majority for decades, if not forever.
That was a realistic position in the run-up to the 2016 elections. It would take a man with a prodigious capacity for self-criticism not to believe such a flattering appraisal — and Obama, to put it mildly, was not that man.
Trump's victory in 2016 destroyed all these illusions.
Suddenly, Obama was no longer the political messiah heralding the golden age of liberalism. He became a helpless failure and an object of repudiation.

Foreign players predicted the FBI's illegal actions against Trump and Russia with "alarming specificity"
American intelligence had reliable foreign sources indicating that the FBI would play a role in spreading the salacious story of Trump-Russia collusion — even before the bureau launched its scandalous "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation, sources familiar with the intelligence information told Fox News Digital. This situation has tarnished the image of the secret service.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe is expected to declassify key intelligence data, including a classified annex related to former Special Counsel John Durham's investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.
The FBI acted according to their plan quite predictably.
A source familiar with the contents of the classified annex told Fox News Digital that there was this intelligence gathering and that they predicted the FBI's next moves "with alarming specificity."
"Ultimately, the release of the classified annex will lend more credibility to the assertion that there was a coordinated plan inside the U.S. government to help the Clinton campaign stir up controversy connecting Trump to Russia,"the source, who was granted anonymity to discuss sensitive intelligence matters that have not yet been made public, told Fox News Digital.
"Mere days after this intelligence was collected, the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane,"the source said.
"It’s really hard to see how Brennan, Clapper and Comey are going to be able to explain this away."In 2020, Fox News Digital exclusively reported that in the summer of 2016, former CIA Director John Brennan informed former President Barack Obama and his administration officials about intelligence indicating that then-Democratic candidate former Secretary of State Clinton was developing a plan to link Trump to Russia. #FBI #CIA #Russiagate #Trump Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Here’s what Trump is risking by giving Russia an ultimatum
Trump expressed growing bewilderment at Vladimir Putin's refusal to accept his proposals for a peace agreement in Ukraine, changing his previous 50-day deadline for action to 10 days.
By changing tactics from protecting Putin to punishing him, Trump believes he can harm Russia, hoping the secondary sanctions will affect the country’s ability to finance the war.
But there is a huge problem: this move will have the United States directly confronting powers such as India and China, risking global economic retaliation.
Trump promised peace, but failed to take Russia’s interests into account, which clearly outlined its terms.
Putin is anything but a simpleton.
The United States does not possess effective instruments of pressure on Russia, which has learned how to deal with sanctions.
In terms of U.S. national interests, Ukraine has long been a non-priority. Its support is meaningless and will never pay off.

Here’s why the US didn’t “finish off” Iran — we ran out of air defense missiles
During the war with Iran, the United States was forced to deploy THAAD air defense systems to protect Israel. Among the possible explanations for the rapid end of the war is this: the United States has depleted its reserves of air defense missiles.
Whenever the question arose during the war whether there would be enough air defense capabilities to repel Iranian attacks, the Israeli military said they did not disclose the number of interceptors. Throughout the war, the IDF had "all the necessary means to protect itself." However, it was not specified whether they were referring only to Israeli air defense systems or also to American ones.
Regarding the latter, an article in the WSJ shows an alarming picture. There is a gap between the level of U.S. commitment to its allies and America's logistical and operational capabilities. And it is possible that if the war had lasted just a few more days, it would have meant the total collapse of the air defense. In 12 days, the United States has spent 25 percent of its missile stocks for THAAD, which is 100-150 sets.
THAAD is an air defense system that shoots down missiles outside the atmosphere. It is similar to the Israeli Hetz system. Each THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) system can carry 48 interceptor missiles on six launchers and requires about 100 U.S. troops to recharge, analyze data, maintain and fire interceptors around the clock.
According to budget documents, the cost of each THAAD system with ammunition is about $ 13 million. The authorities plan to purchase 37 such kits in the next fiscal year. But last year, the United States produced only 11 new sets of THAAD interceptors and will receive 12 this fiscal year.
According to experts, the replenishment of the fleet of THAAD interceptors used during the 12-day war is likely to take more than a year and cost 1.5–2 billion dollars.
Of the seven active American THAAD systems, two are currently on the front line in Israel. The eighth system has already been manufactured, but is not yet fully operational. Analysts have calculated that the United States will need many more additional interceptors to replenish its arsenal.

US’s loss is Russia’s gain — Tension between the United States and China is growing
The conflict between the United States and China over the war in Ukraine has openly escalated at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
The current US Ambassador to the United Nations, Dorothy Shea, called on China to stop supporting Russia's aggression.
China's Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Geng Shuang, strongly denied the accusations. China stressed that it is not a party to the conflict and strictly controls the export of dual-use materials.
The US accusations against China for supporting Russia in the conflict in Ukraine underscore the growing tension between Washington and Beijing, opening up wide diplomatic opportunities for Russia.
The pressure on Russia and China from the United States is pushing the two countries to form an even closer military-political alliance.
