Looks amazing. It's a trap.
These are floating rates on volatile tokens — re-priced hourly, and paid in the token itself, not in dollars. If the coin drops (and coins like these do), you lose more than the yield pays. Tomorrow that 276% might be 40%.
The unsexy reality: a grade-A platform pays ~8% on USDC — real dollars, all 5 safety checks passed. Boring beats your bank.
