It is known that these centers use fresh water to cool down their systems and turn the waters toxic for any living being living in it to survive in. Including living beings drinking from it.

Tell them you strongly disagree with any plan to create a yearly emissions check separate from the existing MOT process, especially a proposal to judge vehicles against their 'factory standard' emissions rather than the standards of roadworthiness. State that this is an unworkable standard that will effectively destroy the UK modification, classic, and historic vehicle industries, represents a gross overreach of state control into private property, and is an intentional act to deepen social inequality. Tell them you do not consent to this expansion of state surveillance and control over free movement.
