🚨 BOA'S ZONDER BEVOEGDHEID OP STRAAT?! DIT IS HOE JIJ ZE CONTROLEERT! 🚨
Burgers, let op! Uit recente onthullingen blijkt dat er BOA's (Buitengewoon Opsporingsambtenaren) op straat rondlopen die handelen, boetes uitschrijven en mensen staande houden zónder de juiste wettelijke bevoegdheid of geldige categoriale beschikking. Dit is een grove schending van de regels en absoluut onrechtmatig!
Het is tijd dat wij de wet gaan handhaven richting de handhavers. Word je aangesproken of aangehouden door een BOA? Slik niet zomaar alles voor zoete koek, maar eis direct transparantie. Jij hebt het volste recht om te controleren wie er voor je staat en of zij hun werk wel mogen doen.
Stappenplan: Zo controleer je een BOA op straat
1. Eis het Legitimatiebewijs: Een BOA in uniform moet zich op jouw verzoek direct en onvoorwaardelijk kunnen legitimeren met een officieel en geldig BOA-legitimatiebewijs. Kunnen ze dat niet? Dan stopt het gesprek daar!
2. Vraag naar de Categoriale Beschikking (Aanwijzingsbesluit): Dit is de kern van de zaak. Zonder een geldige akte van opsporingsbevoegdheid en categoriale beschikking heeft een BOA nul komma nul opsporingsbevoegdheid. Vraag ernaar!
3. Controleer het Domein: Een BOA mag niet alles. Ze zijn uitsluitend bevoegd binnen een specifiek werkveld, zoals Domein 1 (Openbare Ruimte) of Domein 2 (Milieu, welzijn en infrastructuur). Vraag in welk domein zij precies opereren en of hun actie wel binnen dat specifieke kader valt.
4. Vraag naar het exacte Mandaat: Namens welk bestuursorgaan treden ze op? Wie heeft die specifieke BOA op dat moment de bevoegdheid gegeven om jou aan te spreken? Dwing ze om de bevoegdheidsketen te verantwoorden.
Laat je nooit intimideren door een uniform. Stel de harde vragen. Ken de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, check wetten.nl, en dwing de instanties om zich aan hun eigen juridische kaders te houden!

In wezen controleren Joodse bankiers Iran al eeuwenlang via tussenpersonen, terwijl Iraanse leiders aan twee kanten spelen – ze beweren tegen de Nieuwe Wereldorde te zijn om hun volk tevreden te stellen, terwijl ze tegelijkertijd toenadering zoeken tot de krachten die ze publiekelijk bestrijden.
Als je de moeite had genomen om dieper te graven in plaats van oppervlakkige clickbait-verhalen te slikken, zou je zien dat Iran net zozeer een marionet is van de Nieuwe Wereldorde als Israël.
