🇱🇹🇷🇺⚡️- Per Polskie Radio, Lithuania is preparing mass evacuation plans for its civilian population at the request of its government. Certain outlets have falsely reported the evacuation was imminent. In reality, the new plans are an update of previous similar planifications in the event of potential warfare and no immediate evacuation is planned anywhere in the Baltics.

🇪🇺🇷🇺⚡️- Other EU countries' officials have issued similar statements which were less alarmist but hinted at a similar risk of the situation worsening. Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten told medias that the hybrid attacks from Russia had been ramping up in the Netherlands. Berlin officials are preparing for Russian interference tomorrow amidst local elections. Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis has reiterated that Russia was in a hybrid war with the Czech Republic and that Czech intelligence services reported an uptick in Russian covert activity.

🇫🇮🇷🇺⚡️- Finnish President Stubb has also indicated the populations needed to "mentally prepare for something serious to happen" while talking about increased Russian drone activity.

🇷🇺⚡️ — According to Rostec, the Su-57E (T-50-9) flew to Egypt for the El Alamein International Airshow relying solely on its internal fuel tanks located in the central internal fuselage bays, rather than conventional external drop tanks. Rostec says that after one intermediate stop, the aircraft still had enough fuel to fly an additional 1,000 km and conduct a demonstration flight the following day. @IntelSlava

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Situation on the Konstantinovka direction, Donetsk Oblast: Over the last few weeks, the intensity of fighting in the Konstantinovka direction has slightly decreased, although Russian forces have managed to make additional advances in multiple different areas. In the west, Russian forces marginally advanced west of Petrovka and continued infiltrations into the village. Infiltrations are also taking place into the villages of Raiskoe and the fields to the south. Other assault groups continue attacks on the Ukrainian salient southwest and west of Nikolaypolye. To the east, Russian forces continued their attacks through the treelines northwest of Kostyantynivka, entering the village of Osykovo and the western part of Alexeyevo-Druzhkovka, while the intensity of fighting in Konstantinovka has reached an all-time low. North of Konstantinovka, Russian forces are infiltrating the village of Izhevka and nearby areas, while DRGs were able to reach Kurtovka. Infiltrations are also taking place into the villages of Popasnoe and Stenky, which both remain in the grey-zone for now. To the northeast, the Russians cleared the remaining Ukrainian positions in the treelines east of Novodmitrovka and captured the rest of Chervonoe. They also advanced through the fields southwest of Maiskoe, recapturing numerous previously-lost positions along the tactical heights, and entered the eastern part of Verolyubovka along with the railway line to the south. Additionally, the Russians improved their positions in the treelines north of Markovo and expanded their zone of infiltration in the forests northwest of Fyodorovka. 🔗 AMK Mapping

According to a report from CNN, an AI-aided intelligence report incorrectly assessed that a Chinese vessel in the Middle East was carrying nuclear material. Per the report, the assessment induced a fast reaction from U.S. military forces in the region, with forces preparing to interdict the vessel based on some sourcing, via the AI chat-bot the analyst used, that was “entirely false.” While the quote that a potential operation “may have started a war” is overstating the potential fallout, should the operation have been carried out, it would have dampened the U.S.-China diplomatic relationship significantly before the much anticipated meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald J. Trump.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 "Russia is increasingly targeting Ukrainian passenger trains with jet-powered drones, threatening a rail network crucial to the country's economy, military logistics and movement of people. Moscow's strikes have damaged or destroyed more than 500 locomotives since the full-scale invasion began in 2022; more than 60% of them have been hit in the past eight months. Ukrainian Railways is now losing 37 to 40 locomotives a month." 🔗 https://www.politico.eu/article/russia-hits-passenger-trains-to-break-the-backbone-of-ukraines-economy-morale/

The Belarusian army took deliveries of a batch of new production BTR-82A's reflecting an interesting trend of the Russian military industrial complex increasingly fulfilling foreign orders rather than reserving production for domestic military needs, reflecting a change in the nature of tactics, the redundancy of armoured fighting vehicles in the nature of the Ukrainian battlefield, but also the substantial expansion in production of Russian arms production
