🔆 Sustainable Harnessing of Fisheries in the High Seas 📍 Why in News ✅ The Vice-President launched the national programme for issuing Letters of Authorisation (LoAs) for sustainable fishing in the High Seas and unveiled the Odisha Deep Sea Fishing Mission Document. 🔆 Sub-Mission on Agricultural Mechanization (SMAM) 📍 Why in News ✅ A PIB Backgrounder highlighted the achievements of the Sub-Mission on Agricultural Mechanization (SMAM) in expanding access to farm mechanization, especially for small farmers, women and disadvantaged groups.
