🌷 असंयमी, नीति से द्वेष करने वाला, शत्रुओं की सम्पत्ति को बढ़ाने वाला, महान् शासनपद प्राप्त करके भी उसी के साथ नष्ट हो जाता है।
🌹 One who's not self-possesed, who hates strategies, who increases the prosperity of the enemies, perishes along with it even after attaining magnificent authority (power).

• तुम देखोगी, अपनी बेटी तुमसे अधिक धनी परिवार को दूँगी।
३। जीर्णं पुष्पं दृष्ट्वा वैराग्यं प्राप्नोमि।
• Having seen the withered flower, I attain detachment.
• मुरझाए फूल को देखकर वैराग्य पाता हूँ।
४। यत्र कुत्रचिद् शोकरहितो लोकोऽपि भवेत्।
• Somewhere or other, may there also be a world devoid of grief.
• कहीं न कहीं शोक से रहित लोक भी होगा।
५। तव धैर्यं दृष्ट्वा विस्मितोऽस्मि।
• Having seen your patience, I am astonished.
• तुम्हारा धीरज देखकर चकित हूँ।
६। त्वम् अनियतं व्ययं करोषि।
• You make unregulated expenditure.
• तुम बिना संयम के व्यय करते हो।
७। सागरान्तं प्राप्य सुखं वसामि।
• Having reached the shore of the ocean, I dwell happily.
• समंदर के छोर पर पहुँचकर सुख से रहता हूँ।
८। लोकव्यवहारार्थं प्रेम नाशयसि।
• For the sake of worldly conduct, you destroy love.
• जगत् के व्यवहार के लिए तुम प्रेम को मिटाते हो।
९। कौलीं शाटीं तुभ्यं दित्से।
• I wish to give the saree of the lineage to you.
• कुल की (पारम्परिक) साड़ी तुम्हें देना चाहता हूँ।
१०। व्यभ्रं नभः पश्य सौम्ये।
• Saumya! See the cloudless sky.
