Some people misunderstand me, they think me saying not to panic about news of Trump’s latest announced deal with Iran is because it’s not going to happen. Incorrect. I have no clue whether it will happen or not. And I’m sure Iran will never make a deal that ends its evil jihadi Muslim ambitions to take over the world.
My call not to panic is to stop placing our faith on our human leaders.
Whatever Trump does or doesn’t do, we, the Jewish nation of Israel, have to place our faith only in God, not in any human leader.
And we must ensure that we do what we have to do to finish the job: make sure the evil jihadi Islamic Republic of Iran no longer exists as a threat to us, to the world, or even to its own suffering citizens.
Jihadi Islam remains the greatest threat to civilization. No agreement signed in Washington that allows the regime to continue changes that core reality.
More important than any announcement from Washington is the recent statement from Israel’s Defense Minister. This is the message we should be focusing on:
More important is the recent announcement from Israel’s defense minister:
“Israel will not withdraw from the security zones in Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza. The IDF will continue to defend our borders and citizens from Mount Hermon, the mountains of Lebanon, the regions of our homeland in Samaria, and most of the territory of Gaza, until Hamas is defeated and the migration plan is implemented, in the face of threats from jihadist forces and organizations, as a central lesson learned from the events of October 7.
As I have said, at the appropriate time we will establish IDF settlements in Dugit, Nissanit, and Elei Sinai in northern Gaza, in order to protect the communities and strengthen our hold on the area.”
That announcement is key!
It means the Jewish nation is moving forward as we should in getting rid of evil from our land. And the defense minister said that the jihadis in Gaza will migrate.
That is huge.
And that we will begin the process to resettle Gaza with Jewish communities.
Also huge!
The one point the Defense Minister is missing is that the ultimate victory is the application of Israeli sovereignty in all lands we liberate from our jihadist enemies, in Gaza, and our biblical lands in southern Lebanon and southern Syria, in addition to finally applying sovereignty in Judea and Samaria. That is a message of victory that Jihadi Islam understands.
This is the only way to deal with Jihadi Islam: ensure they do not live in our land. If we are not there, they will be. By taking control, applying sovereignty, and settling our people, we protect our citizens, fulfill our national mission, and fill God’s holy land with goodness by removing the evil.
After the Iranian-Qatari planned and funded October 7th invasion, Israel can not allow any jihadi Muslim organizations, whether Sunni or Shiite, to threaten us again.
Stay strong. Keep your eyes on what Israel is actually doing on the ground. Have faith in the God of Israel. Support bold, clear-eyed leadership that learns the real lessons of October 7th.
The Lion of Zion is awake. Let’s act like it.
Am Yisrael Chai!!!

The Haredi draft debate was never just about military service.
It's about a bigger question: What kind of Jewish state will Israel become?
That's why the battle over identity is shaking Israeli politics to its core.

Sometimes even our closest allies fail to see the bigger threat.
Weakening Iran should be a strategic priority. Empowering Erdogan's leverage over American policy is a dangerous mistake.
The Middle East doesn't reward wishful thinking. It punishes it.

Unity that requires surrendering the truth about who our enemies are, why they fight us, or what is necessary to secure the future of the Jewish people is not unity at all. It is confusion.
Parshat Korach teaches that peace and unity are precious values, but they must be built upon loyalty to the mission, destiny, and future of the Jewish people. Without that shared foundation, calls for unity become little more than slogans that ultimately weaken the nation from within.
Korach's followers were not punished because they disagreed.
They were punished because they sought to delegitimize and destroy the leadership and mission that God had established for the Jewish people.
This is an important lesson for our generation.
Many Jews sincerely desire unity. I do too.
But unity is not the highest value.
The highest value is serving Hashem and fulfilling the national mission He gave the Jewish people.
Real unity is built around that shared purpose.
Without a shared purpose, calls for unity become empty slogans.
The Jewish people were not brought back to our homeland after 2,000 years merely to become another nation among the nations. We were brought back to rebuild Jewish sovereignty, strengthen our connection to Torah, defend our homeland, and fulfill our national destiny.
Those who strengthen that mission are our partners, even when we disagree.
Those who actively work against that mission place themselves outside the framework of genuine unity.
That was Korach's mistake.
And that is the warning of Parshat Korach.
Strive for unity whenever possible.
But never sacrifice truth, purpose, or the destiny of the Jewish people in the name of a false unity that ultimately weakens the nation from within.
Shabbat Shalom from our beautiful, indigenous and ancestral Judean hills!!!

Parshat Korach: The Limits of Unity
One of the most uncomfortable questions in the Torah appears in this week's parsha.
Why was the punishment of Korach and his followers so severe?
After all, weren't they simply expressing a different opinion? Weren't they just challenging the leadership of Moshe Rabbeinu?
The Torah's answer is clear: Korach was not merely disagreeing with Moshe. He was leading a rebellion against the very foundations upon which the nation was built.
Moshe tells Korach and his followers:
"It is against Hashem that you have gathered." (Bamidbar 16:11)
This was not a political dispute. It was not a debate over policy. It was a rebellion against the divine mission of the Jewish people and the leadership chosen to carry out that mission.
That is why the Torah emphasizes that the 250 men who joined Korach were not ordinary people. They were leaders. Influential figures. Men of stature and reputation.
They knew exactly what they were doing.
At a time when the nation was still reeling from the sin of the spies, when morale was low and faith in the future was shaken, Korach exploited that weakness. He wrapped his rebellion in lofty language about equality and holiness. But beneath the rhetoric was a dangerous attempt to tear apart the nation from within.
And that is why the earth swallowed them.
The message was profound. Korach was attacking the very foundations of the nation, so the foundations themselves opened beneath him.
Today, we hear endless calls for unity.
And unity is indeed one of the greatest values of the Jewish people.
We pray for unity.
We work for unity.
We need unity.
But Parshat Korach teaches us an equally important lesson.
Unity cannot come at the expense of truth.
Unity cannot come at the expense of the nation's mission.
Unity cannot come with those who actively work to undermine the foundations upon which the nation stands.
There are disagreements within Am Yisrael that can and should be debated passionately while maintaining mutual respect. That is healthy. That is part of Jewish life.
But there are also moments when individuals or groups cross a line from disagreement into rebellion against the very destiny of the nation.
The question becomes even more relevant in our generation.
We all yearn for Jewish unity. Especially after October 7th, we have all seen the incredible power of Am Yisrael when we stand together.
But Parshat Korach forces us to ask an uncomfortable question:
Is unity always possible?
Can there be genuine unity with Jews who openly sympathize with a jihadi enemy whose stated goal is the destruction of the Jewish state and the murder of Jews?
Can there be genuine unity with those who reserve their harshest criticism not for jihadi Muslims, Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, or the Palestinian Authority, but for fellow Jews who are committed to ensuring that Israel remains a proud, secure, strong Jewish state?
This is not a question of political disagreement.
Moshe Rabbeinu had disagreements with many Jews throughout his leadership. The Torah is full of arguments, debates, and differing opinions. Disagreement itself is not the problem.
The problem begins when disagreement transforms into a rejection of the nation's mission.
Korach wrapped his rebellion in noble language. He spoke about holiness, equality, and fairness. But beneath the slogans was an assault on the foundations of the nation itself.
Every generation faces its own version of this challenge.
There are Jews with whom we may strongly disagree, yet who remain fully committed to the security, future, and destiny of the Jewish people. With them we should strive for unity.
But there are also those who align themselves, knowingly or unknowingly, with forces that seek to weaken the Jewish state's ability to defend itself against enemies dedicated to our destruction.
The Torah's lesson is that unity is not an independent value disconnected from purpose.
Unity must serve the mission of Am Yisrael.
Unity that strengthens the Jewish people is holy.
What if Israel's soldiers are ready to win, but the system won't let them?
The Roman Gofman story is raising difficult questions about military leadership, October 7 lessons, and how wars are fought.
Ignoring those questions won't make them disappear.

For years, Israelis were told not to ask questions.
Then the Roman Gofman affair happened.
When a decorated October 7 hero becomes the center of a political storm, honest people should ask: who is really running the country?

President Trump serves America's interests. We must serve Israel's interests.

Lebanon stopped being a real sovereign state the day Hezbollah took control.
Iran's terror army rules from Beirut to the border while the world pretends Lebanon can police itself.

President Trump's Lebanon ceasefire is already being shattered by Hezbollah rockets and drones.
Northern Israel is under attack again. Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, and the Galilee remind us that a ceasefire with an Iranian proxy means nothing without enforcement.

Mixing young men and women together in highly charged combat environments, shared armored vehicles, guard towers, and field deployments creates sexual challenges that no honest person that understands biology can ignore.
This is basic human nature.
It distracts from the singular mission of combat units. It introduces dynamics that have nothing to do with defeating the enemy. It weakens the concept of the military camp as a place dedicated entirely to national defense and service.
No progressive slogan and no "equality" campaign can change basic biology.
That is not holiness.
The Jewish army was never meant to imitate every social trend emerging from the West.
It was meant to defend the Jewish people while reflecting Jewish values, and the highest of Jewish values is holiness.
We must move forward.
We must end the ideological legal interference in our military.
We must restore military decision-making to military professionals.
We must stop allowing ideological agendas to dictate battlefield policy.
And we must rebuild the IDF into the holy camp it was always meant to be.
We will do it!

A senior military officer recently described the reality created by the Court's ruling:
"A few isolated female combatants each year versus dozens of male combatants lost in every draft cycle."
That is not an ideological statement. It is a manpower calculation.
We have already seen this movie before.
When the military was pressured to integrate women into the Artillery Corps, the religious Hesder Yeshiva soldiers who had traditionally served in those units no longer enlisted there. The consequences were predictable.
Today, senior officers in the Artillery Corps are reportedly pleading to have those religious Hesder Yeshiva soldiers back into the corps because they understand something the Supreme Court apparently does not.
Military strength is not measured only by active-duty enlistment numbers. It is also measured by reserve service.
The religious Hesder Yeshiva soldiers continue serving in reserve duty for decades after marriage and while raising large families. They become the backbone of wartime mobilization.
Many female soldiers, naturally following different life paths, often do not continue serving in reserves at the same rates after marriage and children.
The result is a long-term loss of combat experience, leadership, manpower, and operational continuity.
The Court only views this issue through the lens of DEI and “equality.”
The military must view it through the only one lens that matters to an army, the lens of battle readiness.
And those are not the same thing.
Back in 2013, think tanks such as the INSS and the Israel Democracy Institute openly recommended expanding mixed-gender service and female combat integration even if it came at the expense of attracting more religious and Uktra-Orthodox recruits.
Many people ignored those warnings at the time.
But look where we are today.
The same political forces that spend every day demanding that the Ultra-Orthodox serve in the IDF simultaneously support these policies that, they know, make it impossible for the Ultra-Orthodox to join.
You cannot claim to want more soldiers while creating conditions that push away entire populations of highly motivated recruits.
That is not serious policy.
That is the destructive progressive ideology at work.
The deeper issue is not women serving. Israel has always had remarkable women contributing to our national defense.
The deeper issue is whether battlefield requirements determine military policy, or whether political activism determines military policy.
The Supreme Court has increasingly chosen the latter.
And every time unelected judges override military judgment in pursuit of a social agenda, Israeli security pays the price.
America had the same problem. Which is why Secretary of War Pete Hegseth is putting a stop to it, as he has openly stated that the military's purpose is warfighting, not social engineering.
Israel needs the same clarity.
This is why Israel needs leaders like Pete Hegseth willing to say no.
No to ideological experimentation to our military.
No to legal activism that substitutes social theories for military expertise.
No to social engineering disguised as military policy.
Israel needs a Defense Minister willing to tell the military establishment that its mission is victory, not ideological transformation.
The next Chief of Staff must be chosen based on one criterion above all others: his commitment to defeating Israel's enemies and strengthening the army's warfighting capabilities.
Not diversity quotas.
Not progressive activism.
Not public relations campaigns.
Victory.
Not everyone will agree with what I am about to say, but the Jewish People should not be afraid to discuss it openly.
The Torah is clear that a Jewish army in the Land of Israel is supposed to be a holy camp.
Throughout Jewish history, our military strength was never separated from our spiritual standards.
The Supreme Court Is Once Again Putting Ideology Ahead of Israel's Security
Another manufactured scandal driven by the progressive left through the courts. But beneath the headlines lies a much bigger struggle: a battle over Israel's identity, values, and future.
One side sees Israel as just another Western state. The other understands that we are a unique nation with a unique purpose in our indigenous ancestral homeland.
Many people may not see it yet, but this deeper struggle is at the heart of almost every headline, scandal and political battle we are witnessing today, all while we are still in the middle of an existential war against a purely evil jihadi enemy that does not differentiate between Jews.
With it all, I am not worried about the outcome.
In the end, the side rooted in faith, Jewish identity, and our national purpose will prevail.
What’s the latest isssue? In response to the IDF's announcement that it will launch another pilot program in the tank Corps due to a Supreme Court ruling requiring the integration of women into tank crews, the heads of Israel's leading national religious Hesder Yeshivot, which send thousands of soldiers into combat service, including the tank Corps, have already issued a warning.
They have stated that if the tank corps follows this Supreme Court directive, religious recruits from Hesder Yeshivot will no longer serve in the tank Corps, just as religious yeshiva students stopped joining the Artillery Corps after the Supreme Court pushed the military toward similar integration policies there.
The result was predictable: the Artillery Corps lost a significant pipeline of highly motivated religious recruits and reservists. Today, senior officers in the corps are actively pleading to bring religious Hesder Yeshiva students back because they recognize the damage that was done.
Now, instead of learning from that experience, the Supreme Court appears determined to repeat the same mistake in the tank Corps.
For years, many Israelis dismissed concerns that progressive ideological DEI agendas were infiltrating our military. They were told not to worry. Every incident was explained away as isolated. Every concern was met with promises from politicians, generals, and legal officials that military effectiveness would never be compromised.
Today, those assurances ring hollow.
The latest Supreme Court intervention forcing the IDF to conduct pilot programs and adjust combat standards in order to accommodate women in fighting units is not about security. It is not about military necessity. It is about ideology.
Let's be clear about something that should be obvious.
The purpose of an army is not social engineering. The purpose of an army is not to advance progressive values. The army has one purpose, to win wars and protect lives.
No serious military begins with the question, "How do we make combat units fit a social agenda?" The question must always be, "What standards maximize battlefield effectiveness?"
If a woman can meet the existing standards developed through decades of operational experience, that is one thing. Let them test according to the existing standards, and if any woman passes, let them in. But that is not what these Supreme Court decisions are doing. They are forcing the IDF fighting units, including commando units, to alter standards in order to accommodate an ideological political agenda, and that is something entirely different.
That is dangerous. It endangers our lives.
Women contribute enormously to the IDF in many essential roles, and in some roles they even are better suited than men. But forcing an army to change combat standards in order to guarantee integration is a mistake. A military must be focused on one thing above all else: defeating the enemy and protecting lives. Combat standards should be set by operational needs, not by social or ideological agendas.
And it is particularly dangerous at a time when Israel is fighting a multi-front war and desperately needs more combat soldiers.
The Hezbollah illusion must end.
Every ceasefire gives Iran's terror proxy time to rearm, regroup, and attack again. Northern Israel deserves real security, not another diplomatic fantasy.
History has already shown us where half measures lead.
