A RARE MISSION INTO MOSCOW
The last publicly known CIA director to visit Moscow was William Burns in November 2021, shortly before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Nearly five years later, Ratcliffe has reopened that intelligence channel at another critical moment. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed the contacts and said that although Ratcliffe did not personally meet Putin, the Russian president was informed afterward.

What was important enough to bring the CIA director himself to Moscow?

When Glenn Beck asked Trump about dramatic theories surrounding the mission, including possible Russian threats against NATO or Britain, Trump responded:
