SEBI has said the allotment of preference shares goes against the lender's articles of association. ( Allegation is that PNB Housing board members who approved a deal with Carlyle group, had undisclosed connections with the Carlyle group) 🛑SEBI has a document on management of Conflict of Interest for Standard Securities & Investment Intermediates Ltd.
