Fühlst Du Dich dick und aufgeschwämmt und hast zu viel Wasser Im Körper ?
Lösung: Ein Mazerat 💚🌿😀
Ein Mazerat ist ein pflanzlicher Auszug, bei dem Wirkstoffe durch Einweichen in einem Lösungsmittel wie Öl, Wasser (Tee) oder Alkohol gelöst werden.
Nutze für die o.g. Ausleitung Brennnessel, Goldgrube, Ackerschachtelheim oder- und Birkenblätter, Ingwer und ZItrone; in diesem Fall ein gutes Wasser.
Lass es 2 bis 4 Stunden stehen; am besten im Kühlschrank.
