It has become clear and certain that the rounds of direct negotiations to which the Lebanese authority’s delegation was led in Washington amounted to nothing more than nodding in approval and endorsing the dictates drafted by the U.S. administration, dictates that undermine Lebanon’s sovereignty and shift its political position toward the camp of those reconciled with the zionist occupation and its illegitimate entity.
No good whatsoever can be expected from these conciliatory negotiations, because their premise is flawed and suspicious, and their objective is submission and surrender.
We in Hezbollah once again condemn the approach of direct negotiations with the zionist enemy, its successive rounds, and the outcomes resulting from them. We also condemn their obstructive role, which constitutes an obstacle to confronting the enemy’s project, the efforts of the resistance field, and the great sacrifices of our noble people, sacrifices that the authorities could instead utilize and leverage as sources of strength in order to achieve a complete and unconditional withdrawal from our Lebanese territory.
We consider the continued participation in direct negotiation sessions to be the implementation of the daily directives issued by the U.S. administration to the Lebanese authorities. Acting unilaterally and independently in their decision-making, in violation of the National Pact, the Constitution, and the laws, these authorities are responding to the agenda pursued by the United States and israel, thereby increasing the dangers facing Lebanon, its stability, independence, and sovereignty. | 76 |

In light of the allegations and falsehoods that the israeli enemy continues to promote regarding claims that Hezbollah has violated the ceasefire agreement, in an attempt to justify its ongoing aggression against Lebanon and the massacres it is committing against civilians, Hezbollah's Media Relations Office affirms that these allegations are completely baseless and fall within the framework of the enemy’s continuous efforts to mislead public opinion, as well as its clear and exposed attempt to sabotage the agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America.
The number of documented israeli violations and breaches since dawn on Friday has exceeded 300 incidents of aggression, including airstrikes by warplanes and drones, artillery shelling of various calibers, and the firing of phosphorus munitions against more than 25 towns and villages, including the city of Nabatieh. These attacks have resulted in the martyrdom of more than 111 people and the injury of 176 others. Preliminary information also indicates that the enemy has used cluster munitions prohibited under international law.
The number of violations and attacks since this morning alone has reached no fewer than 180 incidents, resulting in more than 28 martyrs, including three Lebanese Army martyrs, and 35 wounded.
It is firmly established that this deceitful and treacherous enemy has never adhered to the provisions of ceasefire agreements, not on 27/11/2024, nor on 08/04/2026, nor following the announcement of the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States on 14/06/2026, nor even yesterday, Friday 19/06/2026. Rather, it has continued its violations and breaches of Lebanese sovereignty through air attacks, shelling, the destruction of homes, the intimidation of civilians, and the killing of innocent people.
These facts, evident to all observers, clearly demonstrate which party is violating the ceasefire agreement and undermining the existing understandings. Indeed, what the israeli enemy is committing through these attacks and massacres is no longer merely a breach of the ceasefire agreement, but rather constitutes outright aggression and a continuation of the war in every sense of the term.
Accordingly, full responsibility rests upon the israeli occupation, whose officials repeatedly and publicly declare their rejection of the existing agreements and their refusal to withdraw from occupied Lebanese territory. All countries and officials, foremost among them the United States of America, must exert pressure on the occupying entity to compel it to implement the agreements and cease its attacks, instead of directing accusations in every direction.
Hezbollah affirms that Lebanon, its people, and its Resistance have the right to defend their land and sovereignty in the face of ongoing israeli attacks and violations. No one has the right to strip them of this right, which is guaranteed by all divine laws and international legal principles. Furthermore, the freedom of action that the enemy seeks to establish in order to continue its aggression is unacceptable and will not pass without a response, and the expulsion of the occupation from our land is only a matter of time. | 235 |

In light of the United States’ clear breach of its commitments regarding the implementation of the first clause of the agreement to end the war, and in response to the continuous and ongoing violations of the ceasefire by the zionist regime in southern Lebanon, the brutal killing and displacement of hundreds of thousands of the oppressed people of this land, as well as the failure of israeli occupation forces to withdraw from southern Lebanese territory, it is hereby announced that the Strait of Hormuz will be closed to vessel traffic.

| 12 |  Statement Issued by the Operations Room of the Islamic Resistance:
The israeli enemy once again resorts to false claims to justify its violation of the ceasefire, a ceasefire it has never respected, including the violations it has committed from last night until today.
The Islamic Resistance affirms that it has adhered to the ceasefire since Friday evening, 19/06/2026, even after the enemy violated it from the very first moments. However, it kept its finger on the trigger, fully aware of the enemy’s constant treachery and repeated breaches of commitments.
Once again, under the cover of the ceasefire, the enemy carried out an infiltration attempt last night toward Ali Al-Taher Hill, which has remained beyond its reach despite its repeated attempts to occupy it.
When the infiltrating infantry force, belonging to the enemy army’s Commando Brigade, reached an ambush set by the Resistance fighters, the fighters confronted it with appropriate weapons, inflicting a confirmed number of killed and wounded among its ranks.
The enemy subsequently launched intensive airstrikes both inside and outside the area of operations, targeting peaceful civilians as it habitually does in an attempt to conceal its military failure.
The Islamic Resistance declares that while it remains committed to the ceasefire, it will not tolerate any attempt by the enemy to seize additional territory or expand its occupation. Its fighters will remain vigilant and at full readiness to carry out the Karbala-inspired defense of their land, their people, and their homeland, remaining faithful to their covenant with Allah and with their noble people, regardless of the sacrifices required. | 258 |
