The NPCI has disabled Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS) debit facilities in accounts that meet the following criteria: The only AEPS debit transaction in the last 12 months was reported as a fraud.
There is no AEPS debit transaction in the previous 12 months,
In this case customer have to visit home branch to start AEPS service..

To avoid fraud and improve the overall AePS & Remittance (Domestic) transactions, banks have made it mandatory for the location of the transaction to be accurate.
So please ensure that you pass the correct geo coordinates of the outlet in all the AePS & Remittance (Domestic) transactions. Banks would start declining transactions if wrong geo coordinates are passed wef 15th Feb 2024.
