JKSSB Junior Pharmacist examination, which was scheduled for 11 October 2026, has also been postponed due to an issue regarding the syllabus. The aspirants had submitted a representation to the Health Department regarding the syllabus. Subsequently, the Health Department forwarded the revised syllabus to JKSSB. In view of the revised syllabus, JKSSB has postponed the Junior Pharmacist examination. Further details regarding the revised examination schedule are awaited.

JKSSB FMPHW/MMPHW examination scheduled for 20 September 2026 has reportedly been postponed. The official notification regarding the postponement is expected to be issued by this evening. #copied

JKSSB JE Recruitment Update The JE Mechanical posts have reportedly received approval in the JKSSB Board meeting. Following the completion of the necessary formalities, the advertisement is expected to be issued at any time during September 2026. The JE Civil advertisement is expected to be issued in October 2026. Candidates are advised to keep their documents ready and continue their preparation. #copied

Out of 55 JKAS and J&K Accounts( Gazetted), officers selected, only 10 are from Kashmir valley. So against a population ratio of 56%, inhabitants of Kashmir have got 18% of the jobs. Incidentally appointment orders were given by CM sahib. Ideally he should have kept away. This is recruitment apartheid. And persecution of the inhabitants of the Kashmir valley. A strategy to disempower and marginalise the inhabitants of Kashmir valley. I have all along maintained that reservations is a Jammu vs Kashmir issue, rooted in ethnically disempowering the inhabitants of valley. And this Kashmir region 56% vs 18% recruitment figure will not be changed if the so called file sent by the elected government to union government is approved. At best it will increase to 19%, against 56% population. I will be raising this issue in the Assembly through appropriate legislative devices. I wish and hope that we together, across party lines are able to highlight the severity of this issue. And call a spade a spade. Which would mean saying it explicitly and unambiguously that the present reservation system in place is a methodology to disempower and relegate to the margins, the inhabitants of Kashmir valley.
