Informed Choices 2.0 is a half-day mentorship and career guidance program organized for Grade 12 students who took the Ethiopian Secondary Education Certificate Examination (ESLCE) this year, as well as their parents or guardians. The program offers participants the opportunity to interact with practicing professionals, ask questions, explore various career pathways, and receive guidance regarding future educational and professional choices. ​The event will take place on Saturday, 2t July 2026, at The Urban Center. Attendees can choose between two sessions: a morning session running from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with registration beginning at 8:30 AM, or an afternoon session running from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with registration opening at 1:30 PM. ​Attendance requires prior registration, and space is limited. A community cycling event will take place along Bambis Riverside on Saturday, 25 July 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM (3:30 LT – 6:00 LT). Organized as part of Rotary’s Maternal and Child Health Month, the initiative aims to raise awareness for Spina Bifida while promoting health and inclusion for mothers and children. Chimp Event is organizing the Addis Open Air Cinema on Sunday, 2 August, at the Marriott Executive Apartments. The doors for the gathering will open at 6:00 PM (12:00 LT), and admission tickets will be available for purchase at the gate for a price of 999 ETB. ​The ticket provides attendees with access to the main outdoor movie screening, as well as included cinema snacks and drinks. An art exhibition titled "Ethiopia and Japan’s Sketches: Connecting Two Worlds Through Lines" will be held at Creative Hub Ethiopia from 25 July 25 through 30 August. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 25 July at 4:00 PM, and admission to the event is free to the public. ​The exhibition features a selection of sketches depicting architecture, landscapes, cultural elements, and daily life from both Ethiopia and Japan.
