REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

About the Role
The ideal candidate must possess sound knowledge of HR practices within a manufacturing or FMCG environment and be willing to work along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Obafemi Owode Local Govt Area, Ogun State
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across assigned locations.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and placement of employees.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave administration, and workforce availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Nigerian labour laws, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate performance management, staff appraisals, training, and employee development.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Support payroll administration, staff welfare, and benefits management.
• Provide HR support and guidance to line managers and supervisors across assigned locations.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in a beverage manufacturing, FMCG, or other manufacturing environment.
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or a relevant professional HR qualification will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, employee relations, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR reporting will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple locations, and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to work along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway and travel to assigned locations when required.
