| 15 | Um dos episódios mais controversos foi o julgamento de Julius Streicher, avalia o procurador da República Vladimir Aras, professor de Direito Processual Penal da Universidade de Brasília (UnB). Streicher não era comandante militar nem executor direto de massacres. Editor do jornal antissemita Der Stürmer, ele foi condenado à morte por incitação sistemática ao ódio e à perseguição contra judeus.
“O tribunal entendeu que sua propaganda ajudou a criar o ambiente psicológico e político que tornou possíveis o Holocausto e os crimes contra a humanidade do regime nazista. Sua condenação consolidou a ideia de que a propaganda de ódio pode constituir participação criminosa em atrocidades em massa”, diz Aras.
