In a 227 petition, DHC has refused to allow the amendment application filed by Plaintiff in 2014 concerning suit filed in 2012. Judgement doesnt mention status of trial in the matter. Not sure if this is a good case. Let me know your views.

But, the petitioner, a tea stall worker would receive money 1st and then he passed on to police man. When they were trapped, FIR was registered against him under PC act too. This petition was for quashing the FIR. HC refused to do so. ___________________ is that allowed?
