Accused is a teacher. A SC/ST student committed s-ui-cide bcs of humiliating acts by this teacher. Anticip bail refused -> upheld by Ker HC.
Although I m not sure if teacher could be convicted under 306 IPC (whatever BNS it maybe)....

Sharing this here because para 5 (@ page 5) of the judgement has mentioned 11 SC cases on sec 498A.
So, good case to have all major cases on 498A.
