Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Ṣāliḥ al-ʿUthaymīn—may Allāh have mercy on him—said:
“Teach your children to be truthful in speech and actions. Therefore, when you speak to them, don’t lie to them, and when you promise them, don’t break your promise.”

| 2 | Sheikh Muqbil -may Allah have mercy on him- famously said:
“...The Da'wah has become a means for many people to earn a living. His concern is not giving Da'wah really, he is merely a layman who grows the beard, wears a turban and goes out (seeking donations), “we have a da'wah, we have a da'wah,” and at the end maybe they give him forty / fifty thousand Saudi riyals (in donations) and he goes and buys himself a farm...”

| 3 | Abu Bakrah -may Allah be pleased with him- reported that the Messenger ﷺ said:
“When two Muslims fight each other with their swords, both the murderer and the murdered shall enter the fire.”
It was asked: “ O Messenger of Allahﷺ , I can understand this in regard to the murderer, but what about the murdered?”
He repliedﷺ: “He hoped to kill his companion.”

| 4 | At-Tabarani who reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas -may Allah be pleased with them - that The Prophet ﷺ said:
“There is no believing servant but that he has a sin he habitually commits from time to time, Or a sin abiding over him that he does not abandon until he departs the world.
Verily, the believer was created to be tested, repenting and forgetful.
If he is reminded, he will remember.”
