The Official English Channel Of Shaykh Abul-Yaman Adnan Al-Masqaree

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. To proceed: Today, on the 1st of Rabi‘ al-Akhir 1447 AH, a scholar from among the scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama‘ah has passed away: His Eminence, the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh ‘Abdul-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah Aal al-Sheikh — may Allah have mercy upon him, grant him vast mercy, admit him into al-Firdaws al-A‘la, and forgive him and us. I visited him this week, and I realized it was his final days. There is no power and no strength except through Allah. We console ourselves, the followers of Ahl al-Sunnah, and the entire Muslim Ummah on the passing of this scholar from among the scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama‘ah. And we say: Truly, the eyes shed tears, and the heart grieves, and we are indeed saddened at the separation of the Shaykh, but we only say that which pleases our Lord. Indeed, to Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return. May Allah have mercy on him, raise his rank in ‘Illiyyin, and join him with the martyrs and the righteous.
