Greetings!
Please be informed that the swimming pool cleaning and water treatment process is still in progress to ensure the water quality meets the required health and safety standards.
Accordingly, the swimming pool will remain *closed on Tuesday, 28th July 2026, and will **reopen tentatively on Wednesday, 29th July 2026*, as per the regular schedule

Dear Residents,
Please be informed that pest control treatment is currently in progress across all floors of Block-04, with special focus on cockroach control. One round of treatment has already been completed across all blocks, and the second round of treatment is now underway.
Areas Covered:
✅ Corridors
✅ Staircases
✅ Lift Lobbies
✅ Floor Chute Rooms
✅ OTS Areas and Plumbing shafts
✅ STP Area
✅ Basement-3 Dump Yard
✅ Basement-2 Garbage Rooms in all blocks
Additionally, fogging activities will be carried out daily from 5:30 PM onwards at the Podium and Basement levels.
Please note that a temporary odor may be present in treated areas during and shortly after the treatment process. Please take necessary precautions, especially for pregnant women and children , and, where possible, avoid these areas during the treatment period.n
