A Case well FOUGHT !!! As a High Court enrolled Advocate, I understand the perseverance it takes to take up a legal battle against the system. The Jaymin Patel case has already been relied upon by aspirants challenging UPSC Prelims answer keys even in 2026. 👉🏻 To cut it short, he challenged a question in the 2024 CSE Prelims Keys and was granted interim relief to appear in the 2025 IFoS Mains. I sincerely hope that nothing of this sort happens in the future and that no aspirant has to suffer because of an erroneous answer key. Do read about the case🙂 https://theprint.in/ground-reports/jaymin-patel-vs-upsc-the-2-06-mark-fight-that-reached-the-supreme-court/3055396/?fbclid=PAVERFWAUnQRhleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBwZG9mAmZkaWQWUPRa7lifdy-EECasMcJjQ1EkkJCirHNydGMGYXBwX2lkDzEyNDAyNDU3NDI4NzQxNAABp0s-j5HtolYpZGXpMU3l5PzdTsdi2372a-YuaUjm8f9PlgvmQKFHZzyBujs5_aem_gAy2t9lHspw4W9tcuI-1eQ

When we started “Editorial Compass”, the idea was simple: Don’t just read editorials. Read them in a way that can be replicated in your answers. The simplest way to do that? ✅ Convert editorial insights into a Question–Answer format. The question was Asked Verbatim in GS-1 Mains 2026. We covered the exact same topic 👉🏻“Demographic transition and challenges” Many such themes got repeated directly from the topics we have covered in Editorial Compass. 🛑 The initiative remains FREE. You can Also revise previous Editorials QnA Topic-Wise for Mains 2027 from here. 👉🏻 https://t.me/currentaffairstdh/27966

Hello Everyone, First of all, Congralutions to everyone who appeared for Mains this year. Now You would agree that it is an experience you will remember, irrespective of the outcome. You have earned yourself a break now, but don’t let it become a prolonged one.😅 If you want to discuss anything regarding your Mains performance, you can DM me @hobbesleviathan. For Mains 2027 Aspirants This is your reminder. A large number of those who wrote Mains this year will be back next year with better content and a more refined approach. They will carry everything they learnt during these last 2–3 months into their next attempt. So if you are thinking, “Aaj mann nahi hai padhne ka” ya fir “Kal se schedule banaunga” just remember - The race has already started.🥲 Not here to create any unnecessary fear, but just to give you a reality check. Thankyou,🙂 @darkhorsecse

You will always have those doubtful days when you question yourself- “Am I good enough?” “What am I doing differently from a fellow aspirant?” One of the answers is Consistency. Showing up on days when you don’t feel like it. Sacrificing festivals, outings and meet-ups because shayad weekly target abhi pending hai. For a long time, it may feel like nothing is happening. We all know the story of Chinese bamboo, which shows little visible growth for many years, before shooting up rapidly once its roots are established. So, Keep showing up in those doubtful days. The roots are growing. Trust the process. 🙂 @darkhorsecse

CSE Mains - Ethics @darkhorsece

People appearing in Mains, GS-3 was indeed a difficult paper. Such papers put everyone on the equal footing, so please Do not worry. Focus on GS-4, REVISE those quotes, examples and diagrams. See thematic introductions and keywords. GS-4 has a wide marks range variation every year. Don’t let your shoulders fall. Stay in the Exam zone. All the best. 🙂 @darkhorsecse.

CSE Mains - GS-3 @darkhorsecse

For Mains appearing candidates, This is perhaps the most difficult night of all, Most of the answers suddenly look horrible when you revisit them. Now I should focus on Next Year’s Mains can be the feeling here.😅 “Could have written this better..How did I miss that data?..” Upar se GS-3 ka mammoth syllabus, aching body and restless soul. 😅 Trust me, your paper probably didn’t go as badly as it feels tonight. This is the worst possible time to evaluate your performance. Don’t do the post-mortem now. You just have to hang in there. As I said earlier, Mains is as much about managing yourself. ✅ Quickly revise GS-4 - the examples, quotes, case studies and diagrams you’ve already prepared. ✅ For GS-3, don’t try to conquer the entire syllabus tonight. If you try to complete it, agle 48 hours bhi kum padenge. Be strategic here. Prioritise Security + Agriculture + DM first. Revise your data, recommendations, examples and frameworks. The arguments will often remain generic..please don’t worry about it. Once you are done with this, Can focus on other areas. Thankyou,🙂 @darkhorsecse
