Key Responsibilities * Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. * Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. * Develop and implement financial controls and risk management processes. * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital efficiently. * Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions. * Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent). * 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, with experience in a manufacturing company. * Proven experience leading a team of at least five (5) finance professionals. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls. * Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
