Started prep. CSAT said "not today." First attempt over before it even began.
2024: Made it to the interview. Got close. Not close enough. Back to square one but at least now he knew what the finish line looked like. And how far away it still was.

The Prelims Part Was Easy (Twice)
100+ in GS both times he cleared. The formula was boring and it worked: Syllabus = Bible. PYQs = Gospel. Static subjects = memorized till they became muscle memory. Revise 5-7 times minimum. No shortcuts. No hacks. Just the fundamentals done till they were bulletproof.
But Mains? That's Where the Math Stopped Mathing.
90 days between Prelims result and Mains. Books stacked up like a accusatory monument to optimism. Geography optional (his choice, his problem). History from Spectrum and Lucent. Society from "various booklets" (translation: everywhere and nowhere). Polity from Laxmikant plus seventeen government reports. Economy from Vivek Singh. Ethics from internet searches and Better India compilations.
Reading this once = months. Reading this 3-4 times like he did over three years = humanly possible. Covering all this from scratch in 90 days post-Prelims = "not humanly possible in my opinion."
His exact words. The honesty is refreshing.
Then Came the ChatGPT Epiphany
Not the paid version. The FREE version. Because why spend money when you can spend brain cells engineering the perfect prompt instead?
And Here's what he did!
Step 1: Uploaded ALL his sources to ChatGPT.
Step 2: Told the AI explicitly...
Step 3: Created a FORMAT and made ChatGPT ...
Step 4: Fed it 10 years of PYQs and ...

वजह? Essay — सिर्फ 93 marks।
