Rasoolullah ﷺ was asked:
A man said: Ya Rasoolullah ﷺ, should I dedicate one-third of my supplication to sending Salat upon you?’
He ﷺ said: ‘Yes, if you wish. He asked: ‘Then two-thirds?’ He ﷺ said: ‘Yes.’ He then said: ‘Then all of my supplication?’ Rasoolullah ﷺ replied: Then Allah will suffice you in all that concerns you from the matters of your worldly life and your Hereafter.

Imam Ibn al Qayyim رحمه الله said :
Whoever constantly engages in tasbih (glorifying Allah), his worries will be relieved. Whoever constantly engages in hamd (praising Allah), blessings will continue upon him. And whoever constantly seeks forgiveness (istighfar), closed doors will be opened for him

O`Allah, show us the beauty of Your wisdom in what You have concealed, and the grace of Your planning in what You have delayed. Make every hardship we face a door to Your mercy, and every delay a blessing that brings joy to our hearts.

The prayer that you find burdensome now... You don't know how much joy they will bring you in the Hereafter. Don't let the hustle and bustle of life distract you from praying the Dawn Prayer.

(Everything that has tormented souls is an expiation for sins.) Sheikh Abdul Razzaq Al-Badr - may Allah preserve him - said: Know now that every pain you have gone through is an expiation for sins, every small and large one, every bitterness that no one else felt except you, every thought that tormented you and you couldn't complain to anyone about your situation, even that peace that some greeted with total indifference, even the feelings you gave sincerely and were not appreciated, every glance away from you that hurt you, every taunt and mockery said behind your back, every pain that afflicted you; no matter how insignificant you may think it is, and apply this to everything. • Hadiths of Morality (356).

A NEGLECTED ACT DURING SAHOOR
"AND IN THE PRE-DAWN HOURS THEY SEEK FORGIVENESS"
Seeking forgiveness and doing Istighfar is a Sunnah that many people neglect at the time of sahoor, especially in Ramadan, a time in which many people are blessed to be awake in the pre-dawn hours.

Always recite these adhkar
Verily, سبحان الله, الحمد لله, لا إله إلا الله, الله أكبر - they wipe out sins like a tree shedding its leaves.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls, even a prick from a thorn, except Allāh forgives his sins for it.{صحيح البخاري كتاب ٧٥، حديث ٢}

If you feel weak or unmotivated in Ramadan, increase your remembrance of Allah day and night:
Subhan'Allāh
Alhamdulillāh
La ilaha illa Allahy
Allāhu Akbar
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
Dhikr gives strength to the one who remembers Allah, to the point that he can accomplish what he could never do without it.Also, frequently say: لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
This phrase has an amazing effect in overcoming difficulties, enduring hardships, facing challenges, and even repelling poverty. This Ramadan, don't let laziness hold you back. Strengthen your soul with Dhikr, and Allāh will strengthen you.

"And it is obligatory upon the person to be wary of following his own desires, Because he may be safe from worshipping the idols and rocks and trees and graves, And he knows At-Tawheed (The Singling out of Allah for all worship) and he knows the Sunnah, But he isn’t safe from following his desires, And this is a tremendous calamity»

Speaker: Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Ramzan Al Hajiri The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Every son of Adam is prone to sin, and the best of those who are prone to sin are those who repent.” (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi, 2499; classed as sound by Al-Albani in Sahih Al-Hafidh Ibn Al-Jawzi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Beware of sins, especially the sins committed when one is alone, because audaciously committing sins when you know that Allah is watching will lead to one becoming insignificant in His sight. Tend to your relationship with Him when you are on your own, and Allah will grant you well-being before people. (End quote from Sayd Al-Khatir, p. 207). .

In this life, a person goes through three different situations:
1. Continuous blessings and gifts that Allah gives to him. These blessings require us to thank Allah for His kindness.
2. Hardships and trials that Allah decides and writes for him. A person must face these with patience, trusting that Allah will reward him and give him something better.
3. Sins and mistakes that he makes, and times when he falls short in his duties to Allah. These require him to turn back to Allah and ask for His forgiveness.
A Quote from Ibn al-Qayyim
Scholar Ibn al-Qayyim said:
"These three situations are the secret to a person's happiness and success in this life and the next. A person is always moving from one of these three situations to another."

On the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), he said:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"I know of a verse which, if all people were to follow it, would suffice them:
'And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out, and will provide for him from where he does not expect.'
(At-Talaq: 2-3)."

Ibn Taymiyyah says:
"By Allah, a matter often becomes blocked and shut in my face; so I seek Allah’s forgiveness (Istighfar) a thousand times, and it is opened for me. Have trust that seeking forgiveness opens the doors of goodness, success, and prosperity for you."
